the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.

the project here is full of various trees. i think its design is very good with limited space. you can experience the shady from the first moment you have access to the condo, it's amazing! the project highlight i love most is the rooftop pool that offers stunning views of the city and also has a seating area for relaxing around the pool. if you want to use the service in different rooms, you can contact the staff anytime. they are very helpful. as for the safety system, here takes great care to ensure safety from the entrance to the room door with a tight double lock system. the space in the room is designed to be proportionated. built-in furniture is provided with good quality. i like everything here, but it is far from various department stores. anyway, there is the nearest mall, known as central rama 9, about 4 kilometers away. you can take a taxi in front of the condo, good location, and good value for money.

솔직하게 말해서 위치는 최고의 상점, 레스토랑 및 행아웃 장소로 둘러싸여 있어 편리합니다. 이 콘도는 공공 공원인 짜뚜짝 주말시장과 가깝고 사판콰이 bts와 짜뚜짝 공원 mrt에서 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 객실 면적은 균형이 잘 잡혀 있으며 가구가 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 가격도 합리적입니다. 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 하늘 정원 등 공용 공간도 있어 편안히 앉아 여유로운 분위기를 즐길 수 있습니다.

the condo is located not far from shops, restaurants, and comfortably accessible to many important places. the design perfectly matches the urban lifestyle. i bought a 1-bedroom unit, it's large, functional and really worth the money. plus, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. in my opinion, this condo has a lively and relaxing atmosphere, and i highly recommend buying the room here.

나는 한동안 이 콘도에 머물렀다. 콘도 상태는 훌륭하며 인테리어 디자인이 인상적입니다. 내 방은 침실 1개로 거실과 침실로 완벽한 비율로 나뉩니다. 방이 넓어서 너무 편해요. 수영장, 헬스장, 사우나, 코워킹, 자동주차장 등 부대시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 일단 위치는 시내 한가운데라서 너무 좋습니다. 쇼핑몰과 paolo memorial hospital에 가는 데 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않아 매우 편리하지만 동시에 평화와 프라이버시를 유지합니다. 전반적으로 매우 마음에 듭니다.

이 콘도는 짜뚜짝 시장 맞은편의 좋은 위치에 있으며 사판콰이 bts 및 이 지역의 다른 역과 가깝습니다. 이 프로젝트는 대규모이며 애완 동물 친화적인 구역을 제공합니다. 30층에는 수영장과 피트니스 센터가 있습니다. 숨이 멎을 듯한 전망을 자랑합니다. 휴게실과 요가실이 조금 작은 것 같아요. 내 유닛에는 침실이 1개 있고 가구가 완비되어 있습니다. 무엇보다 가격이 합리적이고 가성비가 좋습니다. 한 곳에서 평화와 편리함을 원하는 도시 거주자에게 적합합니다! 여기에 머물 기회가 있다면 이사하고 싶지 않을 것입니다.

i am very impressed with the peaceful atmosphere of the project. the room that i rented is a 1- bedroom unit with a spacious living area suitable for my lifestyle. plus, the room comes with a modern design. more importantly, there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and communal garden, making it convenient. as for the location, i think it is the best as it’s near saphan khwai bts and other important places. overall, it is worth the investment.

i've been living here for a while now. in general, it's alright that i spend my life with ease in all aspects. the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is lovely. it's fantastic! furthermore, the condo is just a few steps away from the bts, which is easily accessible from anywhere. the project also includes a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a leisure garden, and parking lots. it perfectly meets the needs of those looking for a condo in the phaya thai area in terms of living and traveling.
