i've been in this condo for 3 years. the condo was built almost 15 years ago, but it doesn't look that old. the room i rented is a 2 bedroom unit; nothing has decayed, well proportioned, and tastefully decorated. i do like the clubhouse, which includes various amenities, separated for privacy in the residential building, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, badminton court, sauna, library, etc. you can comfortably unwind. besides, the project is not far from union mall and chatuchak weekend market. and you can travel conveniently by saphan khwai bts and kamphaeng phet mrt, which are not far from the project.

새로운 콘도가 soi ari의 중심부에 자리잡고 있습니다. 상점, 레스토랑, 많은 유명 카페 등 편의 시설로 둘러싸인 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 다양한 노선으로 이동이 편리하고 아리 bts역과 800m 거리에 있어 자가용 및 bts 이용에 이상적입니다. 또한 오토바이 및 택시 서비스를 통해 어디에서나 연결할 수 있습니다. 콘도는 39가구밖에 되지 않아 이웃이 적어 프라이버시를 중시하는 이들에게도 안성맞춤이다. 방은 상당히 넓고 공용 공간은 완전히 서비스됩니다. 그만한 가치가 있습니다.

i've been renting in this condo for a while now. overall, it's pretty ok. the room i stayed in is a 1 -bedroom unit, larger than a typical condo, and well-divided. the decoration is unique. there is an earth tone color that looks easy on the eyes. another thing is that the corridor is a single corridor giving privacy. the facilities are complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that are always well maintained. the only drawback found is that although it is near saphan khwai bts, it is still not considered a walking distance, so you may have to take a taxi. it is not a big deal for me since i have my car. it is also not far from chatuchak market, central ladprao, and union mall. i would say this condo is perfect!

아리 bts에서 단 몇 분 거리에 있는 완벽한 위치에 있는 콘도이므로 교통 체증에 대해 전혀 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다. 방은 그럭저럭 괜찮은데 방1개와 침실1개 플러스옵션밖에 없어서 가족단위로 이용하기 좋습니다. 나는 여기 혼자 있기 때문에 아무 문제가 없습니다. 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 정원과 같은 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 내가 찾은 유일한 문제는 주차장입니다. 제가 아는 한 50% 정도밖에 되지 않습니다. 이미 이중 주차가 포함되어 있습니다. 하지만 저처럼 방탄소년단으로 여행하시는 분들은 문제가 없습니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 편의점도 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 콘도는 제 삶을 훨씬 더 쉽게 만들어줍니다.

여러 공공 시설로 둘러싸인 파야타이 지역 내 흥미로운 콘도입니다. 콘도를 찾던 중 광고에서 이 콘도를 보게 되었습니다. 이 콘도에 관심이 많았는데 목업실이 먼저 보고 싶네요. 계획 외 프로젝트이기 때문에 프로젝트의 일부만 수행할 수 있습니다. 객실은 아름다운 디자인과 고급 가구로 꾸며져 있습니다. 게다가, 방은 정확한 비율로 나뉘어 있어 매우 인상적입니다. 백화점, 편의점, bts 사남빠오, 주요 도로와 가까워 위치가 최고입니다. 전반적으로 이 프로젝트는 생활 및 투자에 적합합니다.

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

everything here makes me glad to live in thailand. i've stayed for nearly 9 months. it was a fantastic place for me. in addition, the project is in an excellent location, one of the business districts in bangkok. also, the project is easily accessible by car. if you want to travel around bangkok, it is located between saphan khwai bts and ari bts stations. the project is luxurious and beautiful. it is a high-rise condo with over 50 floors. the staff is also friendly and helpful. the common areas are well-kept and clean, and the swimming pool is stunning. anyway, not many farangs are staying here, but it will make your life easier if you learn some thai vocabulary. and if i have more opportunities, i will undoubtedly return to stay here.

the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.
