새로운 콘도가 soi ari의 중심부에 자리잡고 있습니다. 상점, 레스토랑, 많은 유명 카페 등 편의 시설로 둘러싸인 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 다양한 노선으로 이동이 편리하고 아리 bts역과 800m 거리에 있어 자가용 및 bts 이용에 이상적입니다. 또한 오토바이 및 택시 서비스를 통해 어디에서나 연결할 수 있습니다. 콘도는 39가구밖에 되지 않아 이웃이 적어 프라이버시를 중시하는 이들에게도 안성맞춤이다. 방은 상당히 넓고 공용 공간은 완전히 서비스됩니다. 그만한 가치가 있습니다.

완벽한 위치에 있는 콘도

아리 bts에서 단 몇 분 거리에 있는 완벽한 위치에 있는 콘도이므로 교통 체증에 대해 전혀 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다. 방은 그럭저럭 괜찮은데 방1개와 침실1개 플러스옵션밖에 없어서 가족단위로 이용하기 좋습니다. 나는 여기 혼자 있기 때문에 아무 문제가 없습니다. 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 정원과 같은 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 내가 찾은 유일한 문제는 주차장입니다. 제가 아는 한 50% 정도밖에 되지 않습니다. 이미 이중 주차가 포함되어 있습니다. 하지만 저처럼 방탄소년단으로 여행하시는 분들은 문제가 없습니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 편의점도 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 콘도는 제 삶을 훨씬 더 쉽게 만들어줍니다.

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

if you're looking for a condo surrounding street food, markets, or restaurants, this condo is the perfect answer. the condo area is mostly crowded and lively since it is near the headquarters and government offices. there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. importantly, the condo is a 5-minute walk to ari bts. my room is a one-bedroom unit. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. however, the only disadvantage is that the balcony is tiny, and so is the garden on the 21st and 22nd floors. other than that, everything is perfect.

인테리어가 예쁜 콘도입니다. 보안 시스템은 괜찮습니다. 경비원과 접수 원은 친절합니다. 콘도에 출입하려면 키 카드 액세스를 사용해야 합니다. 따라서 비거주자가 콘도에 쉽게 들어올 일이 없어 더 아늑하고 안전한 이상적인 장소가 될 것입니다. 나는 침실 1개와 욕실 1개가 있는 콘도를 한동안 이곳에서 샀다. 가구 설치가 완료되면 작은 통로와 작은 생활 공간만 남게 됩니다. 많은 사람들이 머물기에는 불편할 것입니다. 어쨌든 제공된 빌트인 가구는 많은 물건을 수납할 수 있어 공간이 조금 있어도 깔끔해 보입니다. 공용 공간에는 도시 전망이 내려다보이는 수영장과 내가 가장 좋아하는 앉아서 휴식을 취할 수 있는 옥상 정원이 있습니다. 저는 자가용을 거의 사용하지 않기 때문에 이 콘도가 괜찮습니다. 저는 항상 bts와 대중교통을 이용합니다. 아리 bts역은 멀지 않고 안전하기 때문에 편리하게 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 더 중요한 것은 길을 따라 많은 레스토랑과 편의점이 쇼핑을 더 쉽게 만듭니다.

the condo i rented is a one-bedroom unit. it is 39 square meter unit which is quite spacious for me. the room is furnished with high-quality material and is divided into the perfect proportion: the living room area and fully equipped kitchen. i really like the design of it, which looks clean and modern. the facilities in the common area are complete. not just a swimming pool, there is also a gym, green garden. what impresses me the most is a reliable 24-hour security system. it's also only 1 kilometer apart from ari bts. there are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby like big c supercenter. plus, the atmosphere is lively. overall, this place is so convenient.

i rented a 1-bedroom unit here. the building is quite old, but the room is very nice and fully furnished. it also provides many facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, shop, and restaurant. most importantly, this condo is also close to ari and saphan khwai bts, making it convenient to travel to my workplace.

it is a beautiful and fantastic condo in a convenient location near 2 bts stations, offering a beautiful view. i spent a month staying here to travel to bangkok and nearby places. so, i choose to relax at this condo; it is a 2-bedroom condo, but the price is relatively high. also, it is conveniently located near shopping malls and many delicious restaurants. so, i consider it a perfect choice for me. the facilities are also complete, ideal for relaxing, including a swimming pool and extensive sky gardens, offering a fantastic bangkok's city scenery and ambiance. the only disadvantage here is that there are insufficient car parking spaces that i am a little bit bored looking for a parking space at a time. on the other hand, the receptionist at the lobby and the security guards are cute and friendly, giving a sense of warmth.

나는 오랫동안 여기에 있었다. 200개 이상의 주거 단위를 포함하는 대규모 프로젝트입니다. 콘도가 완공된 지 오래되었지만 건물과 객실이 생각보다 새롭고 모던해 보입니다. 임대한 방은 넓고 가구가 완비되어 있으며 멋진 도시 전망을 제공합니다. 1베드룸과 2베드룸의 두 가지 객실 유형 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 편의 시설로는 수영장, 체육관, 24시간 보안 시스템이 있습니다. 게다가 프로젝트는 ari bts에서 불과 250m 떨어져 있으며 많은 버스가 해당 지역을 운행합니다. 혼잡한 교통 커뮤니티에서 도시의 웰빙을 완벽하게 충족시키는 것이 여기에 있습니다. 주변에 세븐일레븐, 시컨방케, 방케마켓, 로터스 등이 있습니다.
