this condo is located on ratchadaphisek road. it is a convenient location near the expressway, restaurants, and convenience stores. the mall tha phra is only 700 meters away. this is the reason why i bought a condo here. the room i bought has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, fully furnished with a complete set of built-in furniture. the floor plan is well designed and proportioned. plus, i get a sofa, shelves, storage cabinets, a dining table in the living room, a wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, and a counter set with a sink in the kitchen. there are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. i don't need to decorate or buy anything at all. everything fits well. the facilities here, in particular, are excellent. there is a reception hall with free wifi. the main facilities are on the 5th floor, including a saltwater swimming pool, a relaxation area by the pool, a fitness room, and a steam room. i can confidently say that this condo is ideal for working-age people.

i bought a room in this condo because of its value. the project has complete facilities, parking areas are available for all units, and the interior is awe-inspiring. my room is a 1-bedroom unit, the space in the room is ample, and the layout is well-proportioned. the location is the thing i'm most impressed with. it is close to several shopping malls and very easy to get around, thank to the talat phlu bts station. there are also other amenities around the project, such as convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and schools, which is so perfect.

대학 생활 때부터 이 방을 산 것은 옳은 결정이었고, 졸업 후 직장도 근처에 구했습니다. 따라서 오래 사는 것이 확실히 임대하는 것보다 적어도 더 가치가 있습니다. 월 할부금은 그리 비싸지 않습니다. 월급 30만원이면 가능합니다. 이 프로젝트에는 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 도서관 및 주차장과 같은 공용 공간이 있습니다. 이 콘도는 누가 들어오고 나가는지에 대해 매우 엄격하기 때문에 혼자 사는 경우 안전에 대해 걱정하지 마십시오. 매우 안심할 수 있습니다. 프로젝트의 위치는 훌륭합니다. the mall lifestore thapra 및 iconsiam 근처의 주요 도로 옆에 있으며 차로 10분 미만 거리에 있습니다.

though this project has been built for a long time, the good management and quality materials used in the construction make this place still in very good condition. in addition, within the project, there are many amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, saunas, and large green areas. most importantly, near talat phlu bts makes traveling to various places very convenient. not far from the condo also has 7-eleven and lotus express, which you can get there in less than 5 minutes walk. since i moved to this condo, my life has become a lot more comfortable.
