conveniently located and close to the bts station, the project site is styled beautifully. it offers a full range of facilities such as a lobby lounge, a communal pool, a gym, and a strict security system. receptionists serve excellent service. it is also easy to access nearby shopping malls, only 15 minutes there, yet many restaurants surround the condo. life here is full of convenience, not disappointed to buy it.

약 30평방미터에 침실 1개짜리 유닛을 구입했습니다. 크기가 너무 작아서 불편할 정도는 아닙니다. 객실에는 비용 효율적인 가구 패키지가 제공됩니다. 프로젝트 내에는 사용자 수에 충분한 3대의 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 프로젝트 위치는 rama 9 또는 chaengwattana 지역에서 멀지 않은 si rat 고속도로에서 멀지 않습니다. 프로젝트가 wongwian yai bts 역에서 불과 200m 거리에 있기 때문에 대중 교통으로 여행하는 모든 사람에게 편리한 곳으로 간주됩니다. 매우 좋습니다!

The Room BTS Wongwian Yai

i bought the room in this project and moved in right after the condo was newly completed. it has been three years now. overall, the condo is excellent, very suitable for my family and me. plus, the project has perfect after-sales service, takes care of the residents, and the common area is spotless as there is staff to clean regularly. what i'm impressed with is that there is a lot of privacy with only a few neighbors. the best seems to be the location since it takes just a few steps from the project. you can travel to wongwian yai bts or a taxi. this neighborhood is nearby many restaurants serving both local and international dishes, and just crossing the taksin bridge to the silom and sathorn areas is very comfortable.

i rented a 1-bedroom condo here because the price is very reasonable, and the location is excellent. the communal garden area is beautifully decorated in an english style and provides a relaxing atmosphere. in general, the amenities are similar in other condos, such as the swimming pool, gym, car parking, lobby, and security guards. the atmosphere is ideal for relaxation, with a city view that meets my requirements. i believe i will continue to rent a condo here because of its potential location near iconsiam. there are several amenities in the surrounding area, such as convenience stores and restaurants. it is also convenient and quick to get around because it is close to the bts station. however, i often use a motorcycle service to the office every morning. it is convenient and quick to use a motorcycle service.

이 프로젝트는 교통 체증을 피하고 편리하게 돌아다니고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. wongwian yai bts 역 근처 wongwian yai 지역에 있으며 iconsiam, the mall lifestore tha phra, somdech phra pinklao 병원, rajamangala university of technology krungthep(south bangkok) 등 여러 편의 시설과 가깝습니다. 또한 공용 공간이 완비되어 있고 내가 빌린 방은 가구가 몇 개 있고 침실이 2개인 방입니다. 여유 시간이 있을 때마다 방을 꾸밀 수 있어 좋습니다. 거실이 넓고 존이 잘 구분되어 있어서 저에게도 딱입니다.

이 콘도는 매우 현대적으로 보이며 독특한 디자인을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 커뮤니티 몰이 있어 쉽게 음식을 사러 갈 수 있습니다. 하지만 쇼핑을 하고 싶다면 근처에 bitec 방나, 센트럴 방나 같은 대형 쇼핑몰도 있습니다. 방탄소년단 방나역까지 산책로가 있다는 건 환상적이다. 게다가 제 방은 침실이 하나뿐인데도 매우 넓고 매우 편안합니다. 단 한 가지, 프로젝트 시설에 매우 실망했습니다. 주민들을 위해 더 다양해야 하거나, 더 많은 시설을 배치할 공간이 부족한 프로젝트 내부에 커뮤니티 몰이 있다고 생각할 수도 있습니다.
