it’s a new condominium project, perfect for both location and construction materials, and complete facilities, such as a large fitness center and security system that meets the residents’ needs. it is also close to a main road that is convenient for traveling by personal car and the blue line mrt which is easily accessible in only a few steps away. it is also near the shopping malls and fresh food markets. this project offers a spacious area with a balcony, which suits 2 people at a reasonable price when compared to other projects.

it’s a luxury condominium on the thon buri side next to phetkasem 48 mrt and close to the pier. it is also convenient to travel to the city by car and is within 10 minutes' drive to seacon bang khae and the mall bangkae. i like the modern design of the building, from the lobby to the room, which is decorated with standard materials and is complete with built-in furniture. the air circulation system makes the airflow better. there are also facilities including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and a garden. it's a shame that the fitness center is too small for the condo that has over 600 units.

i work in the sathorn area and because of the high cost of living in the area, buying a house is extremely difficult. until last year, i came across this project that is not too far from the sathorn area. i liked it when i first saw it. this townhome project is ideal for my lifestyle because it is energy-efficient, airy, and filled with natural light. the common area is impressive with a wide range of services. the safety here is excellent. there is an anti-theft alarm that can alert the mobile phone, and entering and exiting the project is operated by the easy pass system. it's also not far from bang khae mrt station, making it extremely convenient.

첫째, 리셉션 직원을 따뜻하게 환영하며 로비는 우아하고 고급스럽게 꾸며져 있으며 현대적입니다. babe와 함께 이 3베드룸 콘도를 3개월 동안 임대했습니다. 심플하고 고급스러운 톤으로 꾸며져 있으며 최고급 가구로 꾸며져 있으며 매우 세련되고 우리의 요구에 부합합니다. 모든 입주민을 위한 체육관, 수영장, 주차장 등 시설도 완비되어 있습니다. 또한 phetkasem mrt와 가까워 모든 목적지로 쉽게 이동할 수 있으며 필요에 따라 택시 서비스를 이용할 수도 있어 매우 편리합니다.

i just moved into my 1 bedroom condo last year. my room's interior is spacious and fully furnished. the project also provides a high level of privacy and security because there is a private elevator and 24-hour security guards as well. further, there are 3 different green spaces. in addition, the project is located near bang wa mrt and bang wa bts within a few minutes' walking distance, also, not far from seacon bang khae shopping mall that you can reach within 6 minutes by car.

i have stayed here for years. it's a large project with over 700 residential units. the structure has been delayed over time, but it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious with fully furnished. there are 2 types of room available: starting from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. also, the project is located next to wutthakat bts and bang khae mrt stations. at the same time, there are several public bus lines, very suitable for urban lifestyles with traffic jams. the common area includes many amenities, and the condo is surrounded by 7-eleven, seacon bangkae, bang khae market, tesco lotus, etc.

이 프로젝트를 방문할 기회가 있었습니다. 교외 지역에 있지만 입구부터 집까지 영국식으로 꾸며진 호화로운 프로젝트다. 제가 방문한 쇼하우스는 단독주택으로 침대 4개, 욕실 4개로 모든 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. 중형, 대가족 또는 sathon 지역에서 일하며 주로 자가용을 사용하는 사람들에게 적합한 고품질 재료로 제작되었습니다. 또한 이 프로젝트에는 대형 클럽하우스와 정원, 수영장, 체육관, 2단계 보안 시스템, cctv 등과 같은 많은 기타 시설이 포함되어 있습니다. , tesco lotus market 및 big c와 같은 전반적으로 매우 마음에 듭니다! 가성비가 뛰어난 프로젝트입니다.

숙소가 주요 도로에 있지 않고 시내에서 떨어져 있기 때문에 객실은 조용하고 평화롭습니다. 휴식을 취하기에 적합합니다. 원룸부터 3베드룸까지 다양한 스타일의 객실이 준비되어 있어 혼자 또는 가족과 함께 생활할 수 있습니다. 객실은 고급 가구를 갖춘 넓고 현대적인 장식입니다. 주방은 완비되어 있습니다. 시설은 수영장, 정원, 피트니스 룸(약간 떨어져 있음) 등과 같은 기본 요구 사항입니다. 차를 프로젝트에 가져오려면 스티커가 필요하므로 직원에게 주차 공간이 필요하다고 알려주십시오. 그렇지 않으면 입장할 때마다 신분증을 제시해야 합니다. 차가 없으시면 셔틀버스 운행합니다. 훌륭한 직원, 특히 여기 하녀 kwan. 전반적으로 여기에 머물게되어 기쁩니다.
