it’s a new condominium project, perfect for both location and construction materials, and complete facilities, such as a large fitness center and security system that meets the residents’ needs. it is also close to a main road that is convenient for traveling by personal car and the blue line mrt which is easily accessible in only a few steps away. it is also near the shopping malls and fresh food markets. this project offers a spacious area with a balcony, which suits 2 people at a reasonable price when compared to other projects.

it’s a luxury condominium on the thon buri side next to phetkasem 48 mrt and close to the pier. it is also convenient to travel to the city by car and is within 10 minutes' drive to seacon bang khae and the mall bangkae. i like the modern design of the building, from the lobby to the room, which is decorated with standard materials and is complete with built-in furniture. the air circulation system makes the airflow better. there are also facilities including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and a garden. it's a shame that the fitness center is too small for the condo that has over 600 units.

i work in the sathorn area and because of the high cost of living in the area, buying a house is extremely difficult. until last year, i came across this project that is not too far from the sathorn area. i liked it when i first saw it. this townhome project is ideal for my lifestyle because it is energy-efficient, airy, and filled with natural light. the common area is impressive with a wide range of services. the safety here is excellent. there is an anti-theft alarm that can alert the mobile phone, and entering and exiting the project is operated by the easy pass system. it's also not far from bang khae mrt station, making it extremely convenient.

i bought this 3-bedroom townhome with a total area of more than 40 square meters. with many shady areas, i want to plant trees next to the house. for this house, i intend to renovate it to be a home office, so i can do stock trading and be chilling sipping tea. i have a spacious office that is suitable for stock trading. my life can’t be boring anymore. i intended to buy it for raising children as well. i like it here because the project provides quite high privacy. on weekends, my girlfriend and i love shopping and walking around the seacon bang khae, where many restaurants exist. traveling with private cars and public transportation, such as mrt and bts, is very convenient. for my family and i, it is quite easy to access the city without facing traffic jams. one more thing, the project sells out very quickly. i recommend it to anyone looking for a house and a workplace. plus, the price is reasonable as well.

i live here because my friend recommended it, and the location of the condo is close to my workplace. therefore, it is very convenient for me. the first time i saw it, i liked the detail in the room's decoration. plus, the room is spacious, not uncomfortable and well furnished. besides, the project also has complete common areas, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, and many others. traveling is convenient. it's near many roads, surrounded by several landmarks and amenities. i think this place is suitable for living.

저렴한 가격에 훌륭한 콘도입니다. 저는 여기서 1베드룸 유닛을 예약했고 매우 들떠 있습니다. 방은 매우 좋고 내가 원하는 크기입니다. 공간과 레이아웃이 완벽하게 구분됩니다. 가구는 객실 디자인과 색상에 맞게 선택됩니다. 나는 또한 프로젝트가 제공하는 시설을 좋아합니다. 넓은 녹지 공간과 부두를 포함하여 25가지 이상의 시설이 있어 정말 환상적입니다! 이 프로젝트는 petchkasem road 옆에 있고 phasi charoen mrt 근처에 있으며 도보로 불과 3분 거리에 있기 때문에 자가용과 대중 교통을 이용하는 것도 편리합니다. 게다가 이곳은 병원, 쇼핑몰, 학교 등과도 가까워서 가장 투자할 가치가 있는 곳이라고 생각합니다.

여기서 이사가는 게 안타깝네요. 저는 이 콘도에 2년 동안 살았는데, 제게는 집처럼 아늑하게 느껴집니다. 최고의 서비스 때문인지, 좋은 경영진 때문인지, 합리적인 가격 때문인지 이 프로젝트에 대한 좋은 기억이 있습니다. 또한 위치는 완벽한 편의의 중심에 있습니다. 또한 lak song mrt역도 단 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 어디든 쉽게 여행할 수 있고 개인 차가 전혀 필요하지 않다는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.

i just moved into my 1 bedroom condo last year. my room's interior is spacious and fully furnished. the project also provides a high level of privacy and security because there is a private elevator and 24-hour security guards as well. further, there are 3 different green spaces. in addition, the project is located near bang wa mrt and bang wa bts within a few minutes' walking distance, also, not far from seacon bang khae shopping mall that you can reach within 6 minutes by car.

i have stayed here for years. it's a large project with over 700 residential units. the structure has been delayed over time, but it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious with fully furnished. there are 2 types of room available: starting from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. also, the project is located next to wutthakat bts and bang khae mrt stations. at the same time, there are several public bus lines, very suitable for urban lifestyles with traffic jams. the common area includes many amenities, and the condo is surrounded by 7-eleven, seacon bangkae, bang khae market, tesco lotus, etc.
