이 콘도는 제 라이프스타일에 아주 잘 맞습니다. 먹거리가 많은 talat phlu와 가깝고 wutthakat bts 역이 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있기 때문입니다. 내 1베드룸 유닛은 가구가 완비되어 있습니다. 방 크기도 넓고 혼자 쓰기에 좋습니다. 무엇보다 사우나, 수영장, 피트니스센터, 매점, 루프탑가든 등 즐길 수 있는 편의시설이 많다는 점이 인상적이다.

i can say that this project is a valuable house. the security guards are friendly and always work hard to make us feel comfortable and safe. some of our neighbors are celebrities as well. every house has a high level of privacy. there is a tall fence around the house. i have redecorated almost the entire house to be my dream home. the common areas are nice. it features a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a car park. i think the fitness center is too small for the total number of residents. this place is in a quiet location and very convenient transportation, close to bts skytrain and expressway. it's perfect!

내년에 완공될 이 프로젝트를 위해 침실 1개짜리 콘도를 예약했습니다. 객실은 현대적인 스타일로 디자인 및 장식되어 있습니다. 프로젝트 내의 분위기는 그늘이 있으며, 크고 작은 나무들이 휴식을 취하기에 적합한 리조트 스타일의 그늘을 제공합니다. 그라데이션 수영장, 다기능 체육관, 홈 시어터, 노래방 스튜디오 등 현대적인 편의 시설이 많은 공용 공간도 있습니다. 흥미롭게도 도보 거리 내에 wutthakat bts와 the quarter wutthakat 근처에 있습니다. 이 콘도에 이사하면 내 인생이 훨씬 쉬워질 것이라고 확신합니다.

콘도는 쾌적한 분위기를 가지고 있으며 우아하고 현대적인 스타일로 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 침실 1개도 똑같이 멋져 보입니다. 가구도 고급스럽고 스타일리시합니다. 피트니스 룸과 수영장과 같은 많은 주민 시설도 있습니다. 또한 콘도가 주요 도로와 인접해 있어 편안하게 여행할 수 있습니다. 택시는 항상 이용할 수 있습니다.

my friend recommended a townhome in this project for setting up an office because the location is close to the business district and it's convenient to keep in touch with customers in the sathorn area and nearby neighborhoods. in addition, the bts skytrain is also connected to the mrt, making it easy to go shopping and hang out in this neighborhood. i visited the project and found out that its simple box-shape building design makes it easy to turn into a home office, though it may need to be repainted and renovated in some areas, which is not a problem for architects. i also planned to use the upper floor as a place for living. as the project has many facilities such as a swimming pool and a 24-hour security system, i don’t hesitate to buy it. this project is perfect both in terms of location and usable space.

i like the project's location as it is on the main road, which is conveniently accessible to the sathorn expressway. my house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which is so family-friendly. there is a 15-meters long swimming pool in the common area, and there is also a lounge in the clubhouse, so if you want to hang out with guests, you can use it without disturbing the members of our own home. overall, i was pretty impressed.

i bought this townhome and have lived here for about 7 months. the project is well-spaced and nicely decorated that i could even feel relaxed with nature. the common areas feature a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a park, and a good security system. the staff is friendly and helpful. though the house is not in the city's centre, it is in an area with all amenities, including hospitals, schools, leading department stores, restaurants and service outlets. to my mind, i am happy with this condo and would recommend it.

i am really interested in this project because it has a convenient location, easy to get into the town, close to our son's school and the mall bangkae, but there is a bit of traffic jam during rush hour. the project's entrance is easily accessible from the main road. there is a security guard in front of the project, and there are also various facilities within the project, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, etc. everything is still in excellent condition. i am interested in a 4-bedroom house with 2 floors because the bedrooms and a living area are very spacious. i believe it is worth buying this house because i can live in a big house near the city with a high level of privacy even though i think the house price is quite high. moreover, each house has a large car park. it is suitable for families who own more than one car like us.

콘도는 분위기가 아주 좋습니다. 직원분들이 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고 리셉션 홀은 모던하고 우아한 스타일로 세련되게 꾸며져 있습니다. 1베드룸 유닛도 보기 좋고 가구도 고급스럽고 인상적으로 현대적입니다. 헬스장, 수영장 등 다양한 입주민 편의시설도 갖췄다. 게다가 wutthakat bts와 가까워 어디든 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 택시는 항상 이용할 수 있습니다.
