the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff. the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy). because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon. most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

i just moved into this condo less than a month ago. i haven’t found any problems since i moved here. i think it’s because this condo was newly completed, and it’s still in good condition. my room is a one-bedroom unit which is more spacious compared to other room types. plus, the room comes with a modern design and complete furniture. most importantly, the common area has many facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center. in addition, the condo is located in the city center with access to local amenities, like central chiangmai, which is very convenient.

it is a small condo with an affordable rental price. it is suitable for long term rental. the room is not very big but not too narrow, decorated and equipped furniture and built-in wardrobes, increasing space and tidy. my room comprises a balcony and a sliding door conveniently close and open to receive the fresh air outside. the common area is like a normal condo, consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a security system with the key card. also, there is a guard who takes care of the safety of the residents 24 hours.

우리는 1년 동안 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 콘도 위치가 좋고 일상생활에 편리합니다. 구내 레스토랑과 편의점이 모두 마련되어 있습니다. 콘도 직원은 좋은 서비스를 제공하고 주민들을 훌륭하게 돕습니다. 객실은 아름답고 깨끗하며 수영장 전망이 내려다보이는 발코니가 있습니다. 이웃들도 친절합니다. 공항과 가까워서 아쉽네요. 낮에는 발코니 문을 닫지 않으면 비행기 소리가 계속 들립니다. 하지만 개인적으로는 소리에 익숙해졌기 때문에 전혀 문제가 되지 않습니다. 편하게 살아요!!

지금 여기 살고 있는데 여기가 제일 좋아요. 일부만큼 현대적이지는 않지만 건물이 개발된 지 10년이 지난 지금도 매우 잘 관리되고 우수한 품질을 보여줍니다. 어디에나 행복하고 친절한 주민들이 있고, 수영장은 붐비지 않지만 이웃들과 인사하기 좋은 환경입니다.

another condo with a reasonable price in a central location of chiang mai. approaching distance near kad suan kaew in 10 minutes, super convenient! my room is a 1-bedroom unit, clearly divided with simple decoration. it's quite similar to other condominiums with a gym and a pool, quite convenient! this is an interesting option for those who are looking for a condo in the nimman area at a low price.

the project is located in an excellent location, very perfect in the nimman area, close to maya shopping mall. convenient for both living and traveling. it's a small condo with a very high-security system. the room is fully furnished, and the hot water system works well.

님만 지역 중심부의 친근한 환경에 위치한 콘도입니다. 세련된 레스토랑과 모던한 바가 즐비해 10대들의 발길이 끊이지 않는 동네다. 프로젝트 시설로는 수영장, 정원, 주차장 등이 있으며 경비원이 24시간 상주하고 있습니다. 그들은 매우 정중하고 도움이 됩니다. 외관은 훌륭하고 내부는 유럽 표준에 따라 장식되었습니다. 방도 넓고 공간배분도 꽤 잘 되어있습니다.

나는 남자 친구와 함께 여기에 있습니다. 콘도는 치앙마이 중심부의 님만(nimman) 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 프로젝트 시설이 완비되었습니다. 여기 가격은 가격만큼 가치가 있습니다. 환경도 좋고, 날씨도 일년 내내 좋습니다. 콘도 아래에는 대형 수영장이 있습니다. 게다가 공용 공간도 넓습니다. 비록 8층밖에 되지 않았지만 럭셔리하고 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다. 직원들은 도움이 되고 친절하지만 영어를 거의 구사하지 않습니다.

저는 이곳을 거의 1년 동안 임대해 왔습니다. 위치는 시내 중심가에 있어서 어디든 이동하기 매우 편리합니다. 님만 지역에는 많은 상점, 레스토랑, 세련된 카페가 있으며, 마야 치앙마이와 같은 유명한 백화점도 있습니다. 그리고 이곳은 공항 근처에 있어서 약간의 소음이 있을 수 있으니 평화를 좋아하시는 분들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 제가 묵은 방은 모던한 스타일로 잘 꾸며진 1베드룸 객실입니다. 이 콘도의 상태는 잘 관리되어 있어 여전히 새 것처럼 보입니다. 직원들은 공용 공간을 항상 깨끗하게 유지합니다. 여가 시간에는 주로 수영장 옆 테라스에서 책을 읽는데, 그게 마음을 너무 편안하게 만들어요. 운동을 하고 싶은 분들을 위해 이곳에는 완비된 시설을 갖춘 피트니스 센터도 있습니다. 님만 지역에서 콘도를 찾으시는 분들께 이 콘도를 추천하고 싶습니다. 가격도 품질에 비해 합리적이다.
