the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff. the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy). because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon. most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

여기서 최우선 순위는 우수한 청결입니다. 매일 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 클럽하우스 주변 공용 공간을 청소하고 있으며 이곳의 전반적인 상태는 유닛이 많지 않기 때문에 평화와 고독을 추구하는 사람들에게 여전히 완벽합니다. 방은 꽤 크고 모든 가구가 장식되어 있습니다. 하지만 이 소재는 벽이 얇기 때문에 가끔 옆방 소리가 들린다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 게다가 유명한 관광지로 둘러싸인 프로젝트의 위치가 마음에 듭니다. 치앙마이의 다른 지역으로도 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.

이 프로젝트는 "유니크"입니다. 위치에서 알 수 있습니다. 객실에서 정원과 산의 전망을 감상할 수 있는 doi suthep 옆에 있습니다. 일반적인 콘도미니엄과는 많이 다릅니다. 시끄러운 거리에서 떨어져 도이수텝의 발자취에 위치하고 있지만 님만 로드에서 불과 10분 거리에 있습니다. 마감재와 건축 자재가 다릅니다. 그들은 바닥 타일을 사용하고 각 방 사이에 방음 블록을 설치하여 밤에 방해받지 않고 사생활을 보호할 수 있도록 했습니다. 콘도는 입주할 준비가 되어 있습니다. 가격에는 모든 빌트인과 일부 전기 제품이 포함되어 있으므로 장식하고 물건을 구입하느라 시간을 낭비할 필요가 없습니다. 또한, 이곳의 직원들은 매우 친절하고 가능한 한 많은 도움을 주려고 노력합니다.

조용한 분위기의 아늑한 콘도이며 휴식을 취하기에 적합합니다. 객실에서 아름다운 doi suthep 전망을 내려다보고 있습니다. 아침 바람과 신선한 공기가 들어오도록 발코니를 열기만 하면 됩니다. 수영장, 체육관, 정원, 사우나, 넓은 주차장 등 주민들이 사용할 수 있는 공용 공간이 있습니다. 건물 디자인도 독특하고 모든 방이 서로 마주하지 않도록 설계되어 프라이버시를 사랑하는 사람들에게 매우 좋다고 생각합니다. 게다가 이곳에 사는 사람도 많지 않고 주민 대부분이 외국인이다. 게다가 교통 체증만 없다면 5분이면 도착할 수 있는 치앙마이 시내만큼 번잡하지도 않은 최적의 위치입니다. 훌륭한!

제 여자친구와 저는 이 콘도에서 침실 2개짜리 유닛을 임대합니다. 객실에는 완비된 가구와 일부 전기 제품이 구비되어 있습니다. 또한 분위기는 평화롭고 편안합니다. 수영장은 거대하고 깨끗합니다. 위치는 병원, 대학교, 마야라이프스타일쇼핑센터, 중앙백화점 등 유수의 백화점과 가까워 편리합니다. 무엇보다 제가 회원으로 있는 골프장인 란나골프장과 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 저는 이 방을 임대하기로 올바른 결정을 내렸습니다.

the place is clean, but there is not enough parking space.

the environment here is clean and tidy. the staff is ready to assist and provide good advice. you can rent here on a daily or monthly basis. the food at the restaurant is delicious, but the parking lot, which is quite small, may not be suitable for people who have a car. however, it meets the needs of both family and friends looking for a place to relax or travel at a reasonable price. the surroundings are also not desolate. there are many hotels and apartments to select from. in addition, the hotel is close to chiang mai zoo and chiang mai university.

it is one of supalai's excellent standard projects, featuring a 2-story single house with a large living area. there are five different types of houses to choose from, and i chose a three-bedroom house with high-quality and beautiful furniture. there are complete facilities for the common area, including a clubhouse and a gym. notably, the location is close to kad farang hang dong, makro hang dong, and hang dong hospital, making my life easier. and now i'm counting down the days until the house is completed so i can move in.

나는 이 프로젝트의 쇼룸을 보러 갔다. 인테리어는 단순하면서도 동시에 눈에 띕니다. 또한 6가지 유형의 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 공용 공간에는 수영장과 피트니스 센터가 있습니다. 또한 숙소는 무앙 치앙마이 중심부에 위치해 있어 상점, 레스토랑, 관광 명소, 마야 라이프스타일 쇼핑센터, 치앙마이 대학교 등 유명 백화점 등 편의시설에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 다만 원룸이 상대적으로 작은 편이라 원룸보다 사용 가능한 면적이 조금 더 넓기 때문에 침실 1개를 예약하기로 계약을 하게 되었습니다.

i am a foreigner, but i am married to a chiang mai girl, and i had to relocate to chiang mai permanently. at first, i was looking for a house in the chang phuak area. after inspecting it, i found the terra da luz, a detached home that is the perfect size for my family. this house meets my needs and my wife the most. the house is spacious, and some areas are airy and comfortable. besides, this house is styled in a modern style which is suitable for the project atmosphere. it is also decorated with quality furniture and perfectly allocated, making it a perfect look. this house has a 3-bedroom which is the perfect size for a small family like my family. the project is located not far from the main road with convenient transportation and close to many shops, restaurants, or tourist attractions. overall, it is considered okay, especially since the neighbors are nice and friendly.

the village has a very modern and unique design. i am interested in a house type called grand sapphire which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the house is beautiful, outstanding, and every room in the house is connected, so i can have a pool view from every bedroom as it's in the middle of the house. it makes me feel like living in a good resort. the neighborhood is quiet. traveling to maya shopping mall takes about 7-10 minutes only.
