the project has just been completed shortly. the interior uses high-grade materials with a spacious room, but it is unfurnished. the parking lot is available for 2 cars, and there is a small garden in the backyard. the villa is beautiful and fantastic, designed in a minimalist style, which looks nice and warm. the security system is also excellent because cctvs are installed around the project. it also has a clubhouse, swimming pools, and parks.

if talking about golf lovers' convenience, it is inevitable here as there is a large golf course and nice single houses to live in. i am also one of the village members, and i feel so good that i bought a house for this project. in addition to the atmosphere being surrounded by many green gardens, we can also enter the golf course anytime you want. it doesn't waste time traveling. besides, there are complete amenities nearby, such as tasty restaurants, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a large parking lot. you don't have to travel outside to waste your time.

a new townhome in the mae sa area in chiang mai, offering complete functions like a single-detached house. it meets everyday lifestyle and is located in a prosperous location surrounded by nature and the prosperity of urban society perfectly, comfortable, and reasonably priced. i bought this townhome to live with my family. my family members love this project because it includes parks, playgrounds, and a 24-hour security system. overall, it is a quality residence environment, close to a department store such as makro mae rim, only 300 meters or various nearby facilities such as hospitals, shopping malls, and many convenience stores. comfortable to live in a quiet townhome, very private!

hello, i bought a house at malada mae rim for a vacation home. my impression of this project will be the location because it is in a good area, and the environment is good amid nature in mae sa's vicinity. it made me feel like i had a good rest. my house's interior is well-decorated in beautiful warm colors, elegant, beautiful, and excellent. you can see that the project pays attention to details and knows what the residents want as the project has been designed to make every area in the house practical. besides, the journey is very convenient and easy to get around, a few minutes away from chiang mai city, very convenient. malada mae rim is one of the ideal projects in chiang mai. i'm not disappointed in buying a house here.

we had a great time at summit green valley. the atmosphere is great and peaceful. there is a golf course and a lot of green areas, very shady. inside the project, there is a clean clubhouse. every staff member is kind and friendly. this place is perfect for people who love golf. plus, the weather in the early morning of december is very nice. it is a 3-bedroom spacious house. no matter when i come back to stay here, i can enjoy a full rest, and i will come back again next year!

detached house not far from the city, wiang kum kam, tiger park, and surrounded by golf courses. it overlooks the mountains, such a great place to stay! the project has been well-designed and perfectly matched with the beauty of nature. a large single detached house is worth the price. the staff is also friendly and professional. they can also speak english. the atmosphere is very suitable for relaxation. it is very worthwhile. i came to focus on one after thinking that i will buy it soon.

i am one of those people who love to play golf, so i would say that this project is exactly what i have been looking for. during my stay here, i have never wanted to go back. every time i wake up, i know i can do what i love. what a happy life! my house is a 3-bedroom unit suitable for my needs as i always play golf with my friends. the other two rooms are for my friends to stay. the house is fully furnished, so it’s ready to move in, which is very convenient. in terms of traveling, it is also convenient as the direction to the project is not that complicated. it is quite far from the city though as it takes about 20 minutes to travel. overall, it is okay. anyone who is a golf enthusiast like me will love this place.
