this is the first time that i visit this apartment. this apartment is a part of vinhomes project, which is a full of facilities and utilities. i’m so appreciate with a location, which is near the hanoi museum that i could take my kid to study about the historical of this country and she like it to. and also, we are enjoy with amenity especially a spacious swimming pool, it’s clean and built in with indoor and outdoor.

the vinhomes gardenia is close to the school that is so convenient with a student who want to live near the school. with this big project, it makes me feel like i stay in the sub district. the design is great with a modern design and quality to live. this is a very nice place in vietnam. it has many amenities that make me feel more comfortable and convenient when i stayed here.

the apartment is so neat and really nice with a greenery area and the staffs are so nice and ready helpful. there’s a kitchen in each room with a kitchen system which is convenient for me when i want to cook some food by myself. it is easy access to see the shopping mall and cinema, supermarket and other place via the metro nearby the apartment.

현대적인 디자인과 아름다운 생활 환경을 갖추고 있습니다. 조용하고 평화로운 분위기의 주거 지역입니다. 방은 매우 우아하고 고급스럽고 비현실적입니다. 하노이에 사는 것과는 다릅니다. 또한 넓습니다. 전망이 환상적입니다. 나는 신선한 공기를 마시기 위해 이른 아침에 창문을 여는 것을 좋아합니다. 바람이 선선하고 좋습니다. 주변 지역은 또한 유닛을 소유한 모든 사람에게 큰 장점입니다. 많은 사람들이 편리하고 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다.

there is the ideal place of new generation where’s surrounded by facilities and easy to transportation. although the project is not complete for now a day but i think it’s worth to invest for your money if you invest with your real estate at this location, i am living in this area for a year and really impress. so i think if the project is available to reserve it will be on point to every generation.

for definition of vinhomes smart city is a city of smart and iot environment. for living, there is a lot of smart and iot system that connect to our smartphone, for this point, i think this’s suitable for new generation people who don’t prefer a slow life anymore but in an accelerated life more. although there seems like easy to access but the security is really good too. i never worry about this point and facility. so, if we have to prepare our life and collect some ai is important for the globalization, vinhomes smart city is on point.

mon city is an affordable place apartment in hanoi. it also comes at good size units making every penny worth it. the location takes it a step further since can travel around the city easily without any hassle. it’s a modern building with modern amenities and rooms. most people will like this apartment complex, especially people my age. there are a lot of places nearby.

since i research and have to be a project resident, i think vinhomes west point always classic livable design and on point in every generation. the project has high-quality diversity facility and these are serving people in every age. for me the out-standing point is that’s facility serve and solve the classic needs. so, i think this project is classic both design and management’s structure, these could be timeless high-quality apartment and also worth investing.

kosmo tay ho is currently one of the best places to live in hanoi. there is a cinema downstairs, and i’m very happy about this. i’m an avid movie goer. there are cafes and other retail vendors available. the interior design is simple yet very modern. simple is more. it feels like home the moment i step inside. the apartment and area is great for nearly everyone, especially modern generation.

green space in hanoi

i have stayed in hanoi for 2 year and hanoi is not the greenest society. but at the district, hanoi is changing with more green spaces, with more environment friendly urban areas. the villa complex is big, 4 bedrooms and 3 floors i can use up all the spaces for work and privacy. with 2 kids is perfect, the kids have their own play room, and i have my work spaces as i still work from home and also private space to just chill with my wife. the place offers lots of park and community center to have an active lifestyle as a family. a nice location to build a family around so much greenery, is just pleasant to be around.
