this is the first time that i visit this apartment. this apartment is a part of vinhomes project, which is a full of facilities and utilities. i’m so appreciate with a location, which is near the hanoi museum that i could take my kid to study about the historical of this country and she like it to. and also, we are enjoy with amenity especially a spacious swimming pool, it’s clean and built in with indoor and outdoor.

the vinhomes gardenia is close to the school that is so convenient with a student who want to live near the school. with this big project, it makes me feel like i stay in the sub district. the design is great with a modern design and quality to live. this is a very nice place in vietnam. it has many amenities that make me feel more comfortable and convenient when i stayed here.

the apartment is so neat and really nice with a greenery area and the staffs are so nice and ready helpful. there’s a kitchen in each room with a kitchen system which is convenient for me when i want to cook some food by myself. it is easy access to see the shopping mall and cinema, supermarket and other place via the metro nearby the apartment.

this project will be launch in schedule of december 2021, in my opinion xanh villas is really interesting project and i have followed this for a while because i am interested in concept and design. living in capital city with convenience and modern lifestyle are still have somewhere is greenery. i think resident could have a good majority part of life. the location and surrounding area is full of convenience as well, so, xanh villas is extremely worth for invest and living because you will not only pay for priceless landscape but also many activities and facilities inside.

it is a nice place to stay and friendly staffs. the location is good, which is near with the lake that can help to relief the stressful out. the architect is so modern with a minimal style with grey color on the building. it makes the building so cool with this color. moreover, easy on the eyes and a lot of trees. it has many shops and convenient stores around the apartment, i can get some food easily there at night.

there is the ideal place of new generation where’s surrounded by facilities and easy to transportation. although the project is not complete for now a day but i think it’s worth to invest for your money if you invest with your real estate at this location, i am living in this area for a year and really impress. so i think if the project is available to reserve it will be on point to every generation.

the apartment has a great design and give a best service to me. all the staffs are very helpful. it was a big project that provide all the store and restaurants, so it is convenient to get some food or anything that i need just a door step and the project is also make me feel cozy. we have a great experience here.highly recommend for everyone.

an vuong villa inherits all of the advantages of the duong noi urban area's location. to huu street runs through the urban area. aeon mall ha dong is a fantastic spot for me to relax in my spare time. the villa is fantastic. the spacious and luxurious villa is a perfect place for families. the facilities are great too, it goes well with the home. the bbq area is very useful and i find myself having guests over way too often.
