Bangtao Paradise Construction was established by a founder, director and major shareholder in Sai Taan, a well known and highly successful development of 75 villas in Phuket. Recognized for the quality both of construction & dealings with its clients, Sai Taan is a project which even other developers talk about. The Developer has lived full time in Phuket since 2003.
Capitalizing on the strengths & experience of the Sai Taan project over 10 years, the developer launched Trichada, using the services of many of the original Sai Taan construction team. Following the success of the first Trichada project, the developer launched Trichada Tropical in early April 2017 & as of September 2018 only 1 villa remains. Trichada Sky is set for launch during the month of October 2018.
With an experienced team, & a well-proven design in a sought after location your investment in Trichada is secure.
At the time of going to print, Trichada owns the land, for the Trichada Sky project while Bangtao Paradise has placed contracts with the design & construction contractors for all infrastructure, management office, and the show villa.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.
After you have found the right property at Trichada Villas you have to follow these steps:

A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.
Prior to purchasing a leasehold property, it is important to secure a copy of the lease agreement or get further clarity on these three points.
- - Who is the lessor? (an individual or a Thai Company) Securing a lease from a Thai Company offers much more security than a private individual.
- - Do I have voting rights as a Lessee? (Some lease contracts do not allow lessee to have voting rights)
- - Is there a succession clause in the lease agreement that will allow inheritance of the lease?
Thailand has different visas like Spousal Visa, Retirement Visa, Student Visa and Elite Visa - just to name a few options. Each visa has different requirements but they are usually easy to obtain.

조용하고 한적한 분위기, 붐비지 않고 나무로 둘러싸인 휴가용 빌라를 찾고 있다면 트리차다 빌라가 모든 사람에게 최고의 선택입니다. 우리 가족은 전용 수영장이 딸린 침실 2개짜리 단층 빌라에서 한 달간 지냈습니다. 흰색 색상을 사용하여 현대적인 태국 스타일로 아름답게 장식되어 있습니다. 분위기는 훌륭합니다. 저녁에는 자연에서 새소리나 동물소리를 들을 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티와 멀지 않은 좋은 위치에 위치하고 있습니다. 프로젝트 근처에는 국제적인 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓, 바, 쇼핑몰, Laguna Complex 등 다양한 시설을 갖춘 대규모 커뮤니티인 Boat Avenue가 있습니다. 해변에 가고 싶다면 방타오 해변(Bang Tao Beach)으로 가는데 단 10분밖에 걸리지 않으며, 밤의 유흥을 좋아하는 관광객을 위한 천국인 파통 해변(Patong Beach)으로 가려면 약 30분이 소요됩니다. 일부 리뷰에서는 태국의 더위 속에서 여러 곳을 15~20분 정도 이동하면 여행이 더 나빠질 수 있다고 하므로 자동차를 타고 이동하는 것을 추천합니다. 훨씬 더 편리하고 운전이 불편한 경우 택시 요금은 편도당 800~1000바트 정도입니다.
