The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.

- - Do I have voting rights as a Lessee? (Some lease contracts do not allow lessee to have voting rights)
- - Is there a succession clause in the lease agreement that will allow inheritance of the lease?

It's really convenient
It was a short time my family and I stayed in this project, and I made the right decision. This is the most beautiful accommodation on Phuket Island. The atmosphere is calm, and the people are not crowded. The staff took good care of us, and there is a security guard and safety system at all times. The villa I stayed at has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, very huge! The decoration is in Thai style that looks attractive and charming, excellent air conditioner, soft bed, and stable WiFi. The condition of the furniture seems clean. The pool is large and suitable for many people. Not far from Chalong Pier. From this pier, my family and I could take a boat trip to Racha Island and Hae Island. It's really convenient.
