저는 사람이 붐비지 않는 이 조용한 장소를 좋아하기 때문에 후아힌차암에 있는 별장을 찾고 있습니다. 그러다가 이 프로젝트를 접하게 되었고, 꽤 넓은 거실 공간과 전용 수영장을 갖춘 3베드룸 빌라를 예약했습니다. 계약을 완료하고 보증금을 남겨둔 후, 공사기간은 약 7개월 정도 소요됩니다. 샘플하우스는 개방적이고 통풍이 잘 되며 넓은 수영장을 갖추고 있습니다. 높은 벽으로 인해 프라이버시도 보장됩니다. 위치는 또한 편리하게 구매할 수 있는 상점, 레스토랑, 쇼핑 센터와도 가깝습니다. 주요 도로와 가까워서 이동도 편리합니다. 자동차와 송테우를 이용해 이동이 편리합니다. 모든 것이 그들의 생활 방식과 일치하기 때문에 일반적으로 많은 외국인이 여기에 머물고 있습니다. 특히 이 위치의 토지 면적은 점점 늘어나고 있으며 향후 임대 및 투기에 이상적입니다.
