저는 푸켓 국제 공항에서 일하며 합리적인 가격에 콘도를 구입하려고 합니다. 현재 건설 중이며 곧 완료될 이 프로젝트를 찾았기 때문입니다. 나는 그것을 고대하고 있습니다. 이 프로젝트는 놀랍고 현대적입니다. 또한 프로젝트에는 모든 기본 편의 시설이 있습니다. 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 정원 및 주차장을 모두 이용하실 수 있습니다. 먼저 스튜디오를 살 계획이었습니다. 하지만 가격이 상당히 비슷하기 때문에 대신 34평방미터의 1베드룸 유닛을 구매하기로 했습니다. 공항에서 가깝습니다. 주변 지역은 평화롭고 그늘이 있습니다. 나는 샘플 실에 갔고 내가 본 것에 만족했습니다. 프로젝트 직원은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 이 프로젝트에서는 첫인상을 기준으로 방 구입을 결정하기 쉽습니다.

we like this project! it is the new modern villa in thai-balinese style. the villas are spacious and have covered parking. there are three bedrooms and a large private pool. the location is close to naithon beach, one of the stunning beaches in phuket. the water is clear and shallow. you can swim comfortably, and the surrounding atmosphere is quiet, suitable for long-term residents. it is recommended for families with young children as near the beach, the airport, and able to take a shortcut drive to phuket town, very convenient. within the project, there is also a 24-hour security system. definitely worth it!

내 친구가 여기 살아요! 조용한 위치에 새롭게 아름다운 프로젝트입니다. 나이톤 비치(nai thon beach)와 가깝고, 푸켓 국제공항(phuket international airport)도 가까운 거리에 있어 여행이 편리합니다. 주변 분위기가 살기에 쾌적합니다. 조용하고 프라이버시가 뛰어납니다. 빌라에는 가구가 완비된 침실 2개가 있으며, 멋지고 현대적인 디자인을 갖추고 있습니다. 거실에 움푹 들어간 좌석 공간이 있는 점이 마음에 듭니다. 내부에는 빌라에도 수영장이 있습니다. 매우 추워요. 이웃도 존중하고 높은 안전 시스템을 갖추고 있습니다. 하지만 프로젝트가 다소 깊은 골목에 위치해 있기 때문에 밤에 여행하는 것은 조금 무섭습니다. 나는 탈출구를 거의 찾지 못했습니다. ㅋ

이곳에 머물면서 잊을 수 없는 휴가 경험을 했습니다. 빌라는 사적인 분위기를 가지고 있으며 naithon 해변을 내려다보고 있습니다. 너무 아름다워서 표현할 말이 없습니다. 빌라는 현대적이며 실내 욕실과 완비된 유럽식 주방이 있는 4개의 침실이 있습니다. 식사 공간은 매우 넓어 가족 파티에 매우 적합합니다. 인피니티 풀에서 사진을 많이 찍었는데 사진 찍기엔 최고의 코너인 것 같아요. 빌라 내 셰프 서비스도 제공됩니다. 요리사는 매우 재능이 있습니다. 우리는 즐거운 식사 경험을 가지고 있으며 태국 음식을 매우 좋아합니다. 아주 맛있습니다. 빌라는 공항과도 가까워 10분 미만 거리에 있습니다. 이것은 긴장을 풀기에 가장 좋은 장소입니다. 난 그것을 추천 해!

분위기도 좋고 살기좋은 아주 럭셔리한 프로젝트입니다. 아버지, 어머니 등 퇴직자분들의 휴가용 콘도로 적합해서 방문시 부모님과 저를 위해 1베드룸 2채를 구매하기로 결정했습니다. 푸켓. 저는 수영장, 바, 피트니스, 요가 등을 포함하여 프로젝트의 시설을 매우 좋아합니다. 나는 모든 것을 기억할 수 없습니다. 게다가 이 프로젝트는 naithon 해변 바로 옆에 있습니다. 조용한 해변입니다. 분위기도 좋고, 휴식을 취하기에도 적합합니다. 나는 여기서 방을 구입하는 데 실수가 없었습니다.

every unit here offers a sea view. plus, there is a 7% to 10-year guarantee contract, suitable for investment. although the project is not yet complete at this time, many investors are interested in it. it is a condo with a height of only 3 floors, and i think it should be non-crowded. there is also a shuttle bus service to many places. here, it's a good location and easy to travel everywhere located next to nai yang beach and only 5 kilometers from the airport.

조용한 분위기의 naithon 해변 바로 옆에 있습니다. 위치는 일광욕과 해산물 사냥에 적합합니다. 프로젝트 디자인을 봤을 때 건물 주변에 겨울나무가 있어서 일본이 생각났어요. 옥상 수영장에서는 멋진 바다 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 구내 레스토랑은 관상용 식물로 둘러싸여 있어 가장 낭만적인 분위기를 자아냅니다. 객실 유형은 스튜디오, 1베드룸, 2베드룸, 듀플렉스로 구성됩니다. 각 객실은 우아하게 장식되어 있습니다. 1베드룸 사이즈도 넉넉해서 마음에 듭니다. 가구 품질도 좋습니다. 더 중요한 것은 가격이 매우 저렴하다는 것입니다. 구매하는 것은 놀라운 프로젝트로 간주됩니다.

the project is currently under construction, but i have already visited the location and the sample room. the project is located on a hill with a very peaceful and livable atmosphere, suitable for families that love privacy. besides, the project has a guaranteed return for 10 years, which is very interesting. close to the airport, drive about 15 minutes. the project facilities are varied from a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and restaurants. plus, the project's location is just next to the beach. i think the investment here is very worthwhile as well.

i've visited the property twice and impressed by the privacy. the total estate offers only a handful of houses. its contemporary and spacious with a private pool looking over nai thon beach. quality finishings and perfect for big groups or families the size of a soccer team. concierge services can be offered on demand and rumor goes that jack ma's accountant is your neighbor

i was really impressed with this villa. easy to find the project’s site, and a security guard at the front was very welcoming and took good care of us. the scenery was amazing and peaceful. the villa is very spacious, decorated with red color to make it look very modern and new. the private pool is nice and also quite long. there is an open kitchen corner which makes the villa look more spacious. conveniently located within 10 minutes from phuket international airport, close to naiyang and naithon beaches which are very shallow and have a tranquil atmosphere. the kids enjoyed it and didn’t want to go home. worth the money and will definitely come back for an even longer stay!
