i am interested in this project because it is close to my wife's office, and it is located in a private area with a pleasant atmosphere. i have decided to buy a house in this project because the house comes with spacious usable space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and parking space. i have 2 kittens here!!! the house is lovely with many facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center for my exercise routines. what impressed me the most is the convenient transportation because it is only 25 minutes away from phuket international airport, very suitable for me, but just one thing is that the house's entrance is a bit narrow but overall is good.

boat avenue และหาดลายันก็ขับรถไปไม่ไกลเลยค่ะ สะดวกทุกอย่างจริง ๆ i stayed at this villa during a recent holiday with my family. it is a villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a private pool. the living area is very spacious and beautifully decorated with excellent furniture. the overall atmosphere is quiet, and the people are not crowded. also, there is a 24-hour security guard. it's a short drive to porto de phuket, villa market, boat avenue, and layan beach from the property. it is convenient for everything.

the receptionists are helpful and speak english as well. the villas are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. the 2-bedroom villa is fully furnished with a private swimming pool and garden. the location is quite far from the beach and restaurants, but the surrounding area is quiet. good for relaxing. i recommended renting a car or motorbike because it will be easy to go around, or hire a taxi but the price is quite expensive.

it is a luxury house project in a contemporary style that i like. every house has the same design; there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all 8 units. inside, the house has a spacious living area. there is a complete kitchen, ready for cooking, the living room, and a terrace in front of the villa. the pool is big, beautiful, lovely to swim in. there is a guard for safety and makes us less worried while staying. the location is a good, quiet place and the car is not crowded. the road in soi pa sak 4 is relatively narrow; it can be challenging to use a car, but the road to the project is not long. it is close to layan beach; you can drive there in about 8 minutes. it is a beautiful beach with a good atmosphere. suitable for picnics, dining on the beach with the family.

if you're looking for a quiet villa with a pleasant atmosphere, i highly recommend this place. the villa is in cherngtalay and has a variety of amenities. many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a 10-minute drive away. most of my neighbors are foreigners, living in peace. my villa is modern and spotless, and it is fully equipped with all of the necessary amenities. there is also a small private pool. i would recommend renting a car because it will be more convenient to get around.

it is in a narrow alley, challenging to drive in, but it is considered a private project and peaceful location. only a 10-minute walk, you can find rawai beach. the room we stayed in is a spacious two-bedroom apartment. elegantly decorated and comes with modern built-in furniture. the swimming pool of the project is also massive and clean, with only a few people using it. it allows us to have fun and swim.
