푸켓 최고의 위치 중 하나입니다. 집 앞에 골그코스가 있어요. 쇼핑과 병원 근처에 있습니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 바가 있습니다. 섬 중앙에 위치해 있어 적당한 시간 내에 섬 구석구석까지 갈 수 있습니다. 빠통은 15분, 공항은 40분 거리에 있습니다. 그리고 이 지역에도 관광객이 많지 않습니다.

위치가 매우 중앙에 있어서 마음에 듭니다. 낮 동안 필요한 모든 것을 동네에서 얻을 수 있습니다. 해변도 멀지 않습니다. 10분 거리에 있습니다. 가격대비 성능이 너무 좋아서 구매하게 될 것 같아요.

좋은 중앙 위치, 골프 코스와 산의 멋진 전망을 갖춘 잘 지어진 콘도, 근처에 멋진 수영장이 많고 번잡함에서 벗어나 푸켓에서 가장 좋아하는 지역인 중앙까지 차로 짧은 거리에 있습니다.

this luxury villa is beautiful. the atmosphere is very pleasant to live in, quiet with a tranquil view. the villa has modern decoration and the necessary equipment. there is a spacious european kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, a microwave, and an oven. the villa is very clean and comes with a private pool and parking. the owner is friendly. convenient location, easy access to anywhere. it's not far from patong beach, and it's very easy to find food and restaurants. it's fantastic!

if you are looking for an affordable villa which can accommodate many people, i will recommend it here. i used to stay here several times. the price is not high, and it is very quality. there are 3 bedrooms fully furnished. there is a private pool, a bbq grilled area, and relaxing spots to rest or enjoy activities comfortably, either with your family or friends.

the home is modern, well-designed, and comfortable to live in. the project is surrounded by a shady atmosphere, there are several large trees. the three-bedroom townhouse has two floors. the house has a decent size for a small family with a single parking space. the people who live here are nice and friendly. it is convenient in terms of location. patong is only about 10-15 minutes away from the prince of songkla university, phuket campus.

like other general condo, the project is located in the city center near qsi international school, so i can easily commute to work. the neighborhood is full of malls, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. on my day off, i usually ride a bike to patong beach, which is 15 minutes away, or other beaches nearby. the room is okay, and the bedroom is proportionally divided. there is a small kitchen for an easy meal and built-in furniture. i've got a fair rental price, but that depends on the room owner as well.

이 콘도에 원룸을 샀는데 투자할만한 가치가 있다고 생각합니다. 나는 그것을 아주 좋은 거래에 얻었고 가격이 미래에 더 높을 것이라고 예상했습니다. 지금까지 5년간 8%의 임대수입이 보장되어 있어 임대하기 위해 구입했고, 이 외에도 얻을 수 있는 혜택이 많습니다. 방 내부는 제공된 가구와 함께 좋은 비율로 나뉩니다. 객실을 장식하는 데 사용되는 재료는 꽤 좋으며 산과 도시 전망이 내려다 보입니다. 대형 수영장, 체육관, 레스토랑, 바, 24시간 리셉션 등 모든 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 아, 룸서비스와 해변으로 가는 셔틀 버스도 있습니다. 위치에 관해서는 여기가 좋습니다. prince of songkla university와 같은 많은 시설과 매우 가깝고 central festival phuket은 차로 단 10분 거리에 있습니다.

i like this location as it’s in a peaceful area. behind the house, there is a stunning mountain view. this place isn’t far from phuket town as it takes only 15 mins drive. my house is a spacious 2-story detached house with three bedrooms and four bathrooms; it also comes fully-furnished. also, the house has enough space for our dogs to run around. the rental fee is reasonable, very worthwhile.
