이 콘도를 구입한지 아직 1년이 되지 않았습니다. 면적이 매우 넓은 펜트하우스를 샀는데, 그들이 선택한 가구가 아름답습니다. 완벽하게 맞습니다. 또한 이 프로젝트는 수영장, 자쿠지, 사우나, 피트니스 룸 등과 같은 공용 공간에 많은 시설을 제공했습니다. 이 콘도는 도심에 있고 나나 bts와 인접하여 어디든지 이동이 용이하고 터미널 21, 나나 스퀘어, 푸드랜드 슈퍼마켓과 가까워 제 라이프스타일에 딱 맞는 콘도라고 할 수 있습니다.

condo in the heart of the city, excellent location

the project is located in a good area close to the community and surrounded by many amenities such as central bangna, hospitals, schools, restaurants and convenience stores. it is only 2.5 kilometers from asok bts station. there are also buses, motorbike taxis and taxis available in this area, making a living in bangkok easy. the project has 4 types of rooms ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. the room i rented is a one-bedroom unit, spacious and fully furnished. the project also has many facilities, such as the swimming pool, the parking lot, and a 24-hour security system.

this condo is a gem! and worth for money.

i had accidentally visited this condo as i got to wrong place. however, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. i also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, i think. location is great too as it located in beginning of sukhumvit road, a heart of bangkok. price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so i think this is a gem.

콘도는 약간 구식이지만 soi nana 끝의 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 이 지역은 몇 명의 사람들이 지나가는 한적한 곳입니다. 프로젝트가 불과 800m 떨어진 sukhumvit의 주요 도로 근처에 있기 때문에 교통이 생각보다 어렵지 않습니다. nana bts까지 도보로 약 10분이 소요되며 매우 편리합니다. 프로젝트가 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 완료되었지만 상태는 양호합니다. 내가 머물렀던 방은 300 sqm에 세 개의 침실이 있습니다. 가구를 배치하고 물건을 보관할 수 있는 충분한 공간 외에도 오픈 플랜 공간은 방 전체를 통풍이 잘되고 편안하게 만듭니다. 직원들의 서비스는 보통입니다. 수영장, 헬스장, 주차공간 등 부대시설은 다른 콘도와 마찬가지로 기본적이다. 평당 가격은 같은 지역의 다른 콘도에 비해 높지 않습니다. 그만한 가치가 있습니다!

overall building is acceptable, many people working in the cbd live her and some retired expats. the project has some decent sized units, although they are a bit outdated its acceptable.

hyde 13은 soi 13의 시작 부분에 위치하고 있으며, 새 호텔 하얏트를 통해 직접 bts 역 nana에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 건물 밖으로 나가지 않고도 bts 역까지 쉽게 갈 수 있어 매우 편리합니다. 건물에는 환영받지 못하는 사람이 들어갈 수 없도록 입구에 지문도 찍혀 있습니다. swiningpool은 매우 길기 때문에 수영하는 경우 이상적입니다. 일반적으로 품질이 우수합니다.
