Supalai Elite Sathorn - Suanplu

저는 이곳에 1년 동안 머물렀고 매우 독특한 콘도라고 말하고 싶습니다. 방은 넓고 통풍이 잘되었습니다. 내가 머무는 방은 딸과 함께 있기 때문에 침실이 2개인 방이다. 제 딸은 사우나를 좋아하고 정기적으로 운동을 합니다. 그래서 그녀는 그것을 너무 좋아해서 다른 곳으로 옮기고 싶지 않습니다. 콘도 프로젝트는 chong nonsi bts 근처의 편리한 위치에 있으며 딸이 공부하는 st. louis college에서 멀지 않습니다.

the overall value is great. the location is exceptional with a market, many restaurants, near tops supermarket, residential and an easy access to the highway. the building quality is good as well, strong walls, we can't hear anything from neighbors. the maintenance is always available to help on literally anything, bathroom fixing, wall fixing, installing something, etc...

i recently decided to buy a condo with this website because it is very well maintained even though it was built for many years. the building looks good, has a shady atmosphere, and full facilities. the pool and gym are big, so great! i bought a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit on the 4th floor. even though this room is a resale unit, it still has excellent room condition and affordable price. i think this place can be a good investment as it is close to sala daeng bts, lumphini mrt, shopping malls, hospitals, and universities. i would highly recommend it.

새롭고 현대적인 콘도미니엄이며 욕실이 하나인 침실 1개의 유닛을 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 그 퀄리티에 비하면 돈을 지불할 가치가 충분합니다. 6피트 침대와 편안한 침대가 있는 빌트인 객실입니다. 이 장치는 이상적인 크기로 간주되며 완비된 주방이 함께 제공됩니다. 침실에서 멋진 방콕 풍경을 제공하여 매우 쾌적한 분위기를 연출합니다. 중요한 시설로는 깨끗한 해수 수영장, 체육관, 투숙객이 휴식을 취할 수 있는 옥상 정원이 있습니다. 무료 주차도 가능합니다. 위치면에서 centralplaza rama 3와 가깝습니다. 또한 불과 200미터 거리에 있는 thanon chan brt나 다양한 노선과 연결되어 있어 접근이 용이합니다.

private lift - large units in sathorn

the met used to the nicest unique building in sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. so i recommend to choose a property behind the main sathorn road tower f, e or d. the layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in sathorn. every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.

건물은 수영장, 체육관, 스쿼시 코트, 육상 트랙 및 스튜디오를 포함한 엄청난 양의 시설로 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 건물에는 2개의 테니스 코트가 있지만 현재는 사용할 수 없으므로 수리가 필요합니다. 유닛은 매우 넓으며 훌륭한 개조 프로젝트를 수행할 수 있습니다!

저는 이곳에서 거의 2년 동안 살고 있습니다. 코로나19로 인해 본국으로 돌아가야 합니다. 이곳은 대형 열대 수영장, 스쿼시룸, 어린이 놀이터, 도서관, 공동 작업 공간을 갖춘 럭셔리 리조트 레지던스입니다. 오픈형 주방으로 가구가 완비되어 있고 인테리어도 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 또한 살라댕(sala daeng) bts 역이 단 800m, 룸피니(lumpini) mrt 역이 900m 거리에 있습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 저렴한 임대료로 넓은 방을 얻을 수 있다는 점인데, 이점이 정말 좋습니다.

the atmosphere is good and different from other condos which are located in the city center. the on-site is tranquil and uncrowded. the room is spacious, clean, and safe. besides, there are various facilities which are very private. the facilities comprise a communal pool, a reading room, and a lounge. similarly, there is room service, delivering food to the room, and other premium services.

the new condo is modern and clean. there has a strict security system. the project common area includes many facilities such as a large swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center. it's quite peaceful and quiet here as the building is soundproofed. we can't hear noise from the neighbors at all. this 2-bedroom suite is spacious and functional as well. traveling is easy as chong nonsi bts is just 850 meters away.
