this is a new project in the wongwaen-ramintra area. i think the price is reasonable compared to other projects in the area. there are 2 house types available. the usable areas range from 299 to 304 square meters, which i don't think is much different. although the property is beautifully decorated in a modern european style, there are unfortunately not many facilities available. there is just a park and a security system. however, there are various in-house functions so you don't have to use common areas.

이 프로젝트는 고급스러운 인테리어로 잘 설계되고 아름답고 현대적입니다. 원목과 대리석으로 제작되어 아늑한 생활을 제공합니다. 제 아내는 그것을 많이 즐깁니다. 집은 4개의 침실과 넓은 거실이 있는 3층 반단독 주택입니다. 집 앞 주차장이 꽤 넓습니다. 이 프로젝트에서 가장 마음에 드는 점은 공동 공간입니다. 클럽하우스는 넓고 최신식입니다. 내부도 넓고 수영장, 피트니스 센터, 휴식 공간이 있습니다. 방문객을 위한 리셉션 공간도 마련되어 있습니다. 위치면에서 lat pla khao 지역의 중심부에 있으며 레스토랑, 상점 및 백화점과 가깝습니다.

이것은 매우 고급스러운 주택 프로젝트입니다. 왕궁 못지않은 아름다움, 그것이 과장이 아니다. 각 단독 주택은 광대하고 절대적으로 웅장합니다. 집에는 4층, 침실 5개, 욕실 7개가 있습니다. 프로젝트 내부에는 여러 시설이 있습니다. 나는 수영장과 공동 정원 지역을 좋아합니다. 이 프로젝트는 pradit manutham road에 있으며 liab duan night market과 가깝습니다. 그래도 저에게는 가격이 좀 비싸고 상류층 사람들에게 더 적합합니다.

i'm looking for a small home office in the kaset-nawamin area. i've seen many projects before, and i'm very impressed. our company is a small office that needs an area like this. it's perfect for us. there are 4- floors here, including bedrooms, office rooms, a meeting room, and a private elevator. the parking lot can park many cars, which is very convenient. the interior of the project has a complete set of furniture. next to the project, there is a convenience store and an area where you can easily find food. as for the car journey on the road, it's a bit tight during rush hours, but it is flexible all the time.

the condo is in a great location near watcharaphon road and various main roads. i rented a studio room. the interior is luxuriously decorated and equipped with many amenities. at the same time, the common area has the same facilities as other condos, such as the clean swimming pool. the condo is well managed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. overall, this condo is a condo that i am satisfied with and would recommend to others to give it a try.

this project appeals to me because the condo's management system is great, and the staff is very friendly. the condo has a beautiful design and privacy. also, the common area is fully equipped. i always go swimming at the communal pool. my room is a one-bedroom unit decorated with stylish furniture. the space is clearly defined and fit for me. throughout my stay, this condo is considered very worthwhile for its position in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get anywhere. it's also near talat phlu bts and has many amenities. overall, it's excellent.
