i've been here for 2 years now. it's a 3-bedroom detached house with a spacious living room decorated with premium-grade furniture. i really like the sports club, especially the large swimming pool and the fully-equipped gym. another good thing is that the project is not far from central eastville and nawaminthrachinuthit bodindecha school, where my child studies.

나는 이 프로젝트를 선택한 것에 실망하지 않는다. 제가 결정한 가장 큰 이유는 저렴한 가격 때문이었습니다. 콘도 자체는 고급스러워 보이지는 않지만 가격에 맞춰 표준을 충족합니다. 방은 딱 한 가지 타입만 있고, 크기는 그리 넓지는 않지만 잘 배치되어 있습니다. 객실에는 부분적으로 가구가 비치되어 있지만 칸막이가 있습니다. 그래서 음식 냄새가 거슬리지 않을까 걱정되어 직접 구매했습니다. 발코니는 그다지 넓지는 않지만, 수도 시스템과 전원 콘센트가 설치된 세탁기를 배치할 수도 있습니다. 프로젝트 주변의 분위기도 매우 그늘지며 정원에 세 구역이 흩어져 있습니다. 난 정말 좋아. 하지만 주차장이 꽤 협소해 주민들이 이용하기엔 부족하지 않을까 걱정도 됩니다. 전체적으로 가격대비 비교해보면 매우 메리트가 있다고 생각됩니다.

this residence is positioned on the ramintra-ramnarong expressway. along the way, there are numerous amenities and lifestyle centers, including centralfestival eastville and tesco lotus. the house i bought was a two-story house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the living areas are well-allocated and connected to various parts of the house. the bathroom and working room are located on the left side of the house. there is a staircase up to the upper floor, opposite the bathroom and working room, to the hall and spacious bedrooms with a walk-in closet. there is also a jacuzzi, which is very relaxing. also, staying here is convenient in terms of travel, living, and friendly neighbors. it is worthwhile to use the facilities, including a large clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and lush green garden ideal for kids to play and run in every evening. this house is complete.

i moved to stay at casa city ladprao with my family many years ago. it is a quality townhome project in the bang kapi area, complete with project facilities, provides pleasant ambiance, and is surrounded by a quality community. the project has been designed beautifully, which is very pleasant to live in. we bought a townhome with 3 bedrooms, spacious living area which is very comfortable. it comprises the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. i trust in this project because the management system is relatively excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. the neighbors are also cute. moreover, its location is conveniently located because it connects to the main road and links to various nearby amenities, including convenience stores, restaurants, hospitals, and numerous popular shopping complexes like the mall bangkapi and fashion island.

이 콘도는 mall bangkapi까지 도보로 이동할 수 있는 훌륭한 위치 때문에 제 관심을 끌었습니다. 또한 곧 콘도 근처에 bts 라이트 옐로우 라인이 운행될 예정입니다. 그것은 삶을 훨씬 더 쉽게 만들어 줄 것입니다. 1인실을 구입했습니다. 방은 혼자 있기에 적당하며 세련되고 조화롭게 꾸며져 있습니다. 그러나 공용 공간은 개선될 수 있으며 주차 공간이 부족합니다. 공용 공간 사용에 신경쓰지 않는 분들에게 적합하다고 생각합니다.

i have lived in bangkok for many years, and i decided to buy a house to start a family life. many people recommend this project, and when i visited this project, i loved it so much. so, i bought a 2-bedroom unit at a very affordable price. the project is conveniently located in many aspects: traveling, close to shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. i love the large pool here and the guards who are always responsible and ensure safety. more importantly, the project atmosphere is shady and close to nature, where many plants provide shade. as for the project road, it is also wide, and the cars can pass easily. it is said that there will be a yellow line skytrain passing through the project in the future. i would highly recommend this project to anyone interested in houses in the lat phrao area, and i guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
