the house i bought was a relatively large, 2-story detached house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen with modern furnishing in the living room. there is also a private pool, where you can swim anytime. besides, it has a private car parking. outside the house, there is a small corner for planting. however, i’ve been here for a year and am happy to buy this house because of the pleasant project atmosphere and friendly neighbors. besides that, it is close to chaweng walking street and 400 meters near 7-eleven. apart from that, the project also offers cctv, which makes me feel at ease throughout my stay.

i don't know how to review the beauty of this place. first of all, the view is very beautiful because it is located on a hill, which allows you to see both the natural scenery and sea view. the villa interior is also beautifully designed, providing a private pool. the living area is well proportioned and clean. the villas also offer shuttle services to various locations. if you have a private car, it may not be easy to travel because the project's road is quite winding !!

Panoramic Villa

this is the perfect villa for a family getaway. the atmosphere is very quiet and private. the view is extraordinary, surrounded by mountains and forests, making me feel super relaxed. there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and parking available. what impressed me the most about the villa was the receptionist, taking great care and helping me throughout my stay. the project also offered a spa, a swimming pool, and a security system. the project is not too far from the city center and is only 15 minutes from the airport. i recommend staying at chaweng beach because it is only 8 minutes away from the villa, which is a short drive away.

luxurious villa with unbelievable view

i stayed here with my friends, and i can say that i am very impressed with this place. the room is spacious and highly private. the room we stayed in was a 3 bedroom unit with en-suite bathrooms. there is a private swimming pool for extreme privacy. the highlight of this place is the view. as it is on the hill, the location gives a panoramic sea view of the gulf of thailand. in the evening, this is the most awesome place for the sunset. there is a small problem with transportation, as it's located uphill, it's pretty hard to drive. i suggested you be careful about driving, but you can access many places nearby easily. just 5 minutes drive to chaweng beach and about 10 minutes to the central festival. even though the neighborhood is not so crowded, the project does not ignore the safety system, as there is a security guard to take care of it 24 hours. it makes us always feel safe. the place is suitable for anyone who wants to relax in a peaceful, close to nature. you won't be disappointed.
