i am interested in buying a room condo because i work at hua hin airport and not far from here. the transportation is also convenient, just a few minutes drive to hua hin airport. also, this neighborhood is good, near the supermarket and makro hua hin. more importantly, no traffic jams. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom, with approximately 72 square meters, which is spacious. i stay alone, and sometimes my parents visit me. i like this place because it is right next to the beach, where i can go for a walk at cha am beach anytime. i think the selling price is not that expensive either. oh !! i bought a second-hand room from a famous real estate website. it is fully furnished—no need for any additional decorations, overlooking the beautiful sea view and mountain view. there is also a balcony, but not very wide. the disadvantage here is that the balcony is not the same size, some rooms feature spacious balconies and some feature narrow. i cannot place a large table to sit and watch the view. but it's not an important issue for me. here, there are daily and monthly rental services for tourists as well. therefore, during the festivals and long holidays, it will be a little crowded and lively. for those who love the sea ambiance, not far from the beach, i recommend staying here.

i want to give precious time to parents in retirement. therefore, i chose to buy a villa for this project for them to spend leisure time. the villa we bought has 3 bedrooms with 1 private swimming pool. the house area is not too big, but we focus on green spaces, which are more comfortable. the project has arranged a green area according to the design we want. the furniture is of high quality and suitable for the price, easy to pick up and use. it gives convenience to our parents to spend their lives. one more thing, it has a strict security system. when they stay at home with only two people together, we do not have to worry because the guard is very good at taking care of the dwellers.

i'm one of the people interested in the project. first, i was looking for information from the internet, but it's quite rare, so i walked into the project before deciding. this project is a balinese-style house, coming fully-furnished with high-quality furniture. the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car parks with a swimming pool and a large garden. i think the house is perfect for investment or as a vacation house rental for foreigners or thai tourists. as you may know, hua hin is a famous touristy area attracting tourists from all over the world each year. with lush nature and the beauty of the sea, it is a perfect place for vacation. so, it won't be difficult to make a profit. if you want to buy a house, this project is near petchkasem road so there are many places around such as shops, restaurants, makro, bangkok hospital. it's also not far from hua hin airport, only 1.5 kilometers away! if you wanna visit the town, it's just 10 minutes driving, so convenient. now, i'm preparing the document for a loan inquiry from the bank. hopefully, things will be fine, and i can become an owner. i will update you just in case you are interested in this project and looking for information or advice which can be useful.

이 마을은 병원과 후아힌 해변 근처에 많은 상점으로 둘러싸인 커뮤니티 근처에 있습니다. 프로젝트 지역은 상당히 크고 조용합니다. 집 공간에는 넓은 테라스, 수영장, 정원이 있어 파티와 친구들과의 활동에 완벽한 장소입니다. 어쨌든, 프로젝트가 수년 동안 지어 졌기 때문에 집 구조가 오래되었습니다. 조용한 별장을 찾으시는 분들이 많으실 것 같은데요, 방콕에서 멀지 않은 이곳이 좋은 선택이 될 것 같습니다. 후아힌 해변에서 2km 거리에 있어 이동이 편리합니다.

it is a village with a shady atmosphere and quiet. the villa i rented is 3 bedrooms with a good unit area divided into the right proportion. there are fine furniture available, including air conditioners, tvs, refrigerators, washing machines, and electric stoves. the rental price is excellent.

i rented this place for 6 months for short term business. the first time i saw the house, i was quite surprised because the rental price was not very expensive. i could get a big and fully-furnished house. even though the interior and furniture are not new, it is in good condition, and ready to use. it also has a private swimming pool. as for transportation, it is quite comfortable. as i have a private car to use, it takes only 5 minutes to drive to petchkasem road, the main road, and less than 10 minutes to hua hin airport. also, the surrounding atmosphere was quiet and private. so i was very impressed. it was a wonderful 6 months.

our husband likes hua hin very much. therefore i decided to buy a village here. although there are many projects in hua hin, this project is pleasant to live in. the atmosphere around is quiet. plus, it's close to hua hin airport, very convenient to travel. there are 3 bedrooms in the house with a private pool and a spacious lawn area perfect for having pets. there is a security guard to take care of the residents for 24 hours.

the house is very comfortable in asian modern design. the furniture's quality is quite good. this is a one-story house with functional space. there is also a long private pool for a party and exercise. the atmosphere in the village is quite private. although there are almost 100 units, the neighbors are cute and make no noise at night. besides, traveling to other places is very convenient because it is near petchkasem road, the main road to other provinces.
