this condo is in a great location, within walking distance to dong tarn beach. the condo is surrounded by conveniences, such as shops, restaurants, and well-known tourist attractions. the staff is also nice and helpful. however, this beachfront location isn't the right answer for those who prefer a peaceful place because people are crowded, but if you enjoy entertainment, i highly recommend it.

가구가 완비된 침실 2개로 이 콘도 1개를 예약했습니다. 그것은 장식하는 데 많은 시간을 절약합니다. 조만간 렌탈할 예정입니다. 제가 이 콘도를 선택한 이유는 신규 콘도미니엄 프로젝트이고 우수하기 때문입니다. 앞으로도 많은 관광객들이 파타야를 방문하게 될 것입니다. 주변에 고층 건물이 없어 좀티엔 비치 뷰와 모든 유닛에서 멋지게 교감할 수 있는 점이 이 프로젝트의 셀링 포인트로 꼽힌다. 또한 21층과 22층에 바다를 마주하고 있는 공동 수영장, 자쿠지, 공동 체육관 등 다양한 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 게다가 43층에서 편하게 쉴 수 있어요. 가장 높은 층은 엔터테인먼트 존과 저녁에 여가 시간을 가질 수 있는 구내 레스토랑이 될 것입니다. 완공되면 43층이 프로젝트 하이라이트가 될 것 같아요. 나는 그 층에 있을 사람입니다. 또한 이 프로젝트는 the riviera group의 인기 있고 우수한 부동산이기 때문에 투자할 것입니다. 그런 걸작입니다. 건축 건축 기준 때문에 이 프로젝트를 믿고, 더 이상 실망하지 않을 것 같습니다.

이전에는 dusit group에서 프로젝트를 임대했습니다. 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있기 때문에 프로젝트의 품질에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 품질은 괜찮은 것으로 간주됩니다. 나는 수용 가능한 가격에 장기적으로 콘도를 원했기 때문에 프로젝트를 살펴보았습니다. 쇼핑센터와 좀티엔 해변이 멀지 않기 때문에 올바른 선택이 아닐까 생각합니다. 동네에는 많은 시장이 있습니다. 자가용이 있으면 여러 곳을 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 파타야는 아름다운 도시입니다. 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 나는 그것을 좋아하고 여기에 숙박 시설에 투자하고 싶습니다. 그만한 가치가 있다고 생각합니다.

if you are looking for a villa with high privacy, i would like to recommend the villa in pattaya. you can visit and look at the project as it is very peaceful and close to nature. i always visit this villa for family vacations, and i think that it is a very memorable experience. the project overview is full of green nature, and the guard always takes good care of safety. each villa has a large area and is surrounded by lush greenery gardens. besides, the villa offers a private pool. the villa is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with beautiful furniture. there are many types of villas to choose from, from 2 to 6 bedrooms. the house size can be chosen according to the number of family members who stay to save our expenses. very good value!

파타야에서 휴가용 콘도를 사려고 합니다. 개인적으로 매년 여행을 많이 다니기 때문입니다. 그래서 현대적인 로프트 스타일 디자인이든 제가 매우 좋아하는 이 프로젝트를 보게 되었습니다. 실내 공간의 완벽한 분할 방 크기를 침실 1개 더 넓게 만드십시오. 그리고 내가 좋아하는 또 다른 것은 나무 그늘이 있는 수영장입니다. 중요한 것은 좀티엔 해변과 동탄 해변 근처에 있다는 것입니다. 코로나 문제가 없다면 내년에 프로젝트가 완료되면 다시 돌아갈 생각입니다.

멋지고 큰 콘도. 이곳은 아름다움이 가득해서 긍정적인 에너지가 가득합니다. 수영장은 크고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 아이들이 놀 수 있는 미끄럼틀도 있어요. 체육관은 넓고 현대적인 장비를 갖추고 있습니다. 스튜디오 룸이 너무 작은 것 같아요. 제가 묵는 방은 51평방미터입니다. 침실이 1개 있고 나에게 딱 맞습니다. 보안 시스템이 훌륭합니다. 이곳에는 유럽인들이 꽤 많이 있습니다. 때로는 군중 때문에 꽤 시끄러울 때도 있습니다. 게다가 해변에서 약 2km 떨어져 있지만 해변까지 셔틀 서비스가 제공됩니다. 다양한 장소까지 걸어가려면 꽤 멀기 때문에 차를 가지고 있는 것이 더 편리합니다.

나는 지난 여름에 아내와 아들과 함께 이곳에 머물 기회가 있었습니다. 감명받았다고 말할 수 있습니다. 프로젝트의 위치는 좀티엔 해변과 시내 중심가에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있으며 상점, 도보 거리, 마사지 상점 및 레스토랑과 가까워 여행하기에 매우 편리합니다. 가장 인상적인 것은 프로젝트 중간에 두 개의 슬라이더가 있는 거대한 석호가 있다는 것입니다. 내 아들은 그것을 너무 좋아했습니다. 그동안 아내와 나는 파빌리온에 있는 스파에 갔다. 게다가 콘도 주변에는 녹음이 우거진 테라스가 있어 여유로움을 더해줍니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방은 균형이 잘 잡힌 배치의 원베드룸 유닛이었다. 방에는 냉장고, tv, 전자레인지 등의 가전제품이 있습니다. 직원들은 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 한 번은 공용 욕실이 깨끗하지 않다는 것을 알았습니다. 아무래도 성수기여서 손님들이 많이 이용하셨던 것 같아요. 그래서 직원에게 와서 청소하라고 했습니다. 바로 청소하러 오셨습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮다고 판단됩니다. 매우 가족 친화적인 숙소입니다. 이곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

convenient transportation, close to the motorway

pool villa with a good atmosphere; there are gardens around the house to relax on the less rushed vacation. my family and i have a chance to rent here, and i am very impressed. inside the villa, it is beautifully decorated and attractive. besides, the project also has a fitness center, a park, and a larger swimming pool than the house's private pool. it is also very convenient to travel because it is close to the motorway. including being surrounded by shops and restaurants, it can be said that it is extremely comfortable if there is a chance to come back to stay here again for sure.

a beautiful pool villa with a nice design and great landscape. each of them comes with a private swimming pool. the large villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a european style kitchen, completed with kitchenware and a large dining area. this villa size is suitable for a large family. the atmosphere around the project is calm and private, with a high fence and strict security system. the security guards will check around all day long. also, it’s convenient to find food. in front of the village, there are restaurants and shops. easy access to the main road and near jomtien beach, just 5 minutes by car.

the condo here is a low-rise, only 8 floors. you can sit and watch the sunset on the balcony. there are several swimming pools. my favorite part of the facilities is the rooftop pool as it is facing the sea. suitable for relaxation! the atmosphere here is relaxing, quiet, and has 24 hours security. the living room is quite spacious. you can walk to jomtien beach and night market. it only takes about 5-10 minutes. if anyone is looking for affordable accommodation near the beach, i recommend this place. it's a great condo in pattaya !!
