the service staff is excellent and always active. the condo is in a good location and is easy to get to. close to the community, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. there are also street foods lined up on both sides of the roads in the evening. the condo has a swimming pool and a fitness center which is clean and well-kept. the room is perfect for long-term visitors because there is a complete set of furniture, fully furnished, as well as kitchen utensils and appliances. the rental price is also reasonable.

Kensington Laemchabang-Sriracha

저는 콘도 맞은편에 있는 카셋삳 대학교 스리라차 캠퍼스에서 공부하고 있기 때문에 이 콘도를 거의 5년 동안 임대해 왔습니다. 이 근처에는 레스토랑, 현지 시장, 야시장이 많이 있습니다. 콘도가 주요 도로에 있고 파타야 시내에서 불과 25km 떨어져 있기 때문에 이동도 쉽습니다. 내 방은 혼자 살기에 좋은 크기이며 침실이 1개 있습니다. 수영장, 도서관, 정원, 상점 등 공용시설이 많아 완벽해요!

Marina Bayfront Sriracha Condo

쇼핑몰, 항구, hospitalas, 상점, 편의점 등 다양한 편의 시설로 둘러싸여 있으며 해변 옆에 있는 si racha 최고의 콘도 중 하나입니다. 또한 아름다운 바다 전망이 내려다보이는 객실이 매우 인상적입니다. 콘도는 5성급 럭셔리로 훌륭한 서비스와 시설을 갖추고 있으며 직원들은 사랑스럽고 정중합니다. 내 방은 넓은 거실 공간에 가구가 완비된 복층 객실입니다. 이곳에 사는 이웃은 대부분 외국인이다.

i've rented a 1-bedroom condo for 6 months, and it is generally spacious and comfortable with complete in-room facilities, including the kitchen and washing machine, offering a breathtaking view from the room, which is very impressive. in general, i love it here so much because the location is good, surrounded by many amenities and close to the markets. besides, it is only a few kilometers adjacent to hospitals. the condo services and staff are considered excellent and professional in which they can assist me anytime i face problems. for me, it is the best living place.

공용 공간에 완비된 시설을 갖춘 현대식 콘도입니다. 또한 방은 완벽한 비율로 잘 분리되어 있으며 프리미엄 소재 가구로 가득 차 있습니다. 내 방은 합리적인 가격의 1베드룸 유닛입니다. 또한 이 프로젝트에는 레스토랑, 피트니스 센터 및 대형 수영장과 같은 시설이 완비되어 있어 생활이 훨씬 편리해졌습니다. 직원은 매우 친절하고 항상 서비스를 제공합니다. 전반적으로 이 콘도는 훌륭하고 모두에게 적합합니다.

이 콘도는 고급스럽지는 않지만 방이 매우 넓고 가구가 완비되어 있으며 입주할 준비가 되어 있습니다. 운동을 위한 피트니스 센터는 있지만 수영장이 없는 것은 아쉽습니다. 콘도는 상점, 레스토랑, 편의점과 가까운 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 툭콤 스리라차 쇼핑몰까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 이 위치는 koh loi에서 그리 멀지 않으며 방콕에서 차로 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 아, 이 콘도에는 침실이 하나만 있습니다. 가족에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.

i have been working in the esie for nearly 5 years. in the first 3 years, i rented a condo for the first 3 years until i needed to buy a house. i discovered this project in the esie. it appealed to me because it is convenient and i can drive to work in only 10 minutes. the esie is surrounded by a variety of amenities, including markets, department stores, hospitals, and schools. i purchased a two-bedroom townhouse that is tastefully decorated and well-divided; there is no need to add any additional zones. there are also beautiful and clean common areas, such as a swimming pool, garden park, clubhouse, and playground, as well as a security system.

i really like the vibe of the condo. it's modern. the receptionists are lovely. the bedroom is spacious and well-proportioned. there is a bedroom, a living room, and a small kitchen to prepare a simple meal. there is also a balcony overlooking the sea and the island of ko si chang. this place is suitable for those looking for a long-term rental. a washing machine is provided. it is better to rent a car to get around because there isn't much to eat within walking distance.
