it is a new house project, providing a shady atmosphere due to the abundance of trees. there is also a large common area with a park, a playground, a swimming pool, and a fitness room. overall, it is peaceful, and there is a safe security system. for visitors, access and exit cards must be exchanged regularly. my house's decoration and design are standard. it is well-designed, there are four bedrooms that are a pretty good size. and the location is excellent since it has a small community mall with shops and restaurants in front of the project. also, getting to the nearby places is in just a few minutes, excellent value!

a new house project that is both modern and livable has recently been completed. the surroundings are very private and shady. furthermore, because the project only has 6-units, there aren't many neighbors, so it is also possible to get to know each other. there is some quality furniture inside the house which is worth the price. the street in front of the house is quite broad. i'm impressed by the location because it is close to the city, also close to the market, tesco lotus, and the hospital, which is very convenient.

이 프로젝트는 주요 도로 옆에 있어 찾기 쉽고 지역 사회와 가깝습니다. 분위기는 조용하고 혼잡하지 않습니다. 집값은 합리적입니다. 우리 집은 주변에 마당이 있고 차 2대가 주차할 수 있는 주차장이 있는 2층짜리 단독 주택입니다. 집의 디자인은 독특합니다. 직원은 훌륭하고 도움이 되어 문제를 신속하게 해결할 수 있습니다. 안타깝게도 이 프로젝트에는 클럽하우스와 수영장 또는 피트니스 센터가 없습니다.

나는 이 곳과 다시 한번 사랑에 빠졌다. 특히 겨울에는 평화롭고 그늘이 있습니다. 너무 상쾌합니다. 마을에는 넓은 공원과 수영장, 피트니스 센터가 있습니다. 집에는 2층, 침실 3개, 욕실 3개가 있습니다. 집 주변에는 전용 주차장이 있는 녹지 공간이 있습니다. 이웃은 사랑스럽고 친절합니다. 경비원들이 주민들을 잘 돌보고 있습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 주요 도로 바로 옆에 있으며 promenada chiang mai까지 약 10분이 소요됩니다. 추천하다!

i trust this project because its structures look strong with high security. plus, the management team has been professional since i've lived here, and they are all helpful. i'm so impressed. the project is designed in a modern style with complete facilities provided, including the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, where i can enjoy all the services here. overall, staying here is very satisfying, and traveling is also very convenient due to its proximity to tourist attractions and various places in san kamphaeng.

이 프로젝트의 집은 합리적인 가격입니다. 아내와 저는 약 5개월 전에 치앙마이로 이사했습니다. 이 프로젝트를 접했을 때 분위기가 평화롭고 디자인이 모던해 보여서 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 또한 집안에 가구가 완비되어 있어 생활이 훨씬 편리하고 사용 가능한 공간도 넉넉합니다. 무엇보다 금캄공원, 병원, 쇼핑센터, 식당, 청과물시장 등 중요장소까지 차로 10~30분 거리에 있습니다. 전반적으로 이곳이 우리에게 적합하다고 생각합니다!

우리 가족과 저는 최근 이 마을로 이사했습니다. 이 마을은 프로젝트에 주택이 많이 있음에도 불구하고 조용한 분위기에 둘러싸여 있습니다. 프로젝트의 이웃 대부분이 평화롭게 살고 싶어하는 노동자이기 때문입니다. 저희 집은 2층짜리 단독주택으로, 내부와 외부 모두 넓고 세련되게 꾸며져 있습니다. 집의 자재는 품질이 좋고 비율이 좋습니다. 보안 시스템도 엄격하지만 경비원들은 매우 친절합니다. 게다가 이 프로젝트는 주요 도로에서 멀지 않습니다. 상점, 레스토랑, 편의점, 테스코 로터스고프레시 백화점 등 다양한 편의시설과 가까워 생활이 더욱 편리해졌습니다.

my house is a 2-bedroom house at a decent size. the space is perfectly divided into proportions. the general atmosphere in the village is shady, full of various types of trees, both flowers and plants. unfortunately, the village i live in has no other amenities other than a security system and garden. the location is good. i can reach shops, restaurants, tesco lotus (bo sang market branch) in just a few minutes. besides, the price is reasonable.
