i bought this condo as a vacation home for my parents because it has an excellent location and is surrounded by various amenities such as a hospital, shops, and restaurants. it could be their relaxing place. i have had the opportunity to see the showroom. the room is quite spacious and is decorated with some furniture such as a bed, a cabinet, a closet, etc. most importantly, you can control the electrical system through the mobile app. i can also see the ping river from my room. there are many common facilities as well, so you will not get bored. another thing that i like about this project is they focus on wellness and healthcare, which is excellent for the elderly.

the best family trip ever

here is the best place for our family's chiang mai trip. the villa is modern, airy, and open, with a white tone color that looks very nice. it is spacious and has a swimming pool and a garden that is ideal for parties. at the same time, it has four bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. it also comes fully equipped with a kitchen corner, a gas stove, and an oven. the location is fantastic, being only 5-10 minutes from mueang chiang mai and 5 minutes from the lanna golf course. notably, the weather is pleasant at the end of the year, making it ideal for a long vacation drive. i'm ecstatic.

치앙마이에 머물고 있어서 두 달 정도 콘도를 빌렸습니다. 이 위치는 님만 지역, 구시가지, 도심에서 꽤 떨어져 있습니다. 콘도 주변 동네에는 편의 시설이 완비되어 있으며 센트럴 치앙마이와 빅 c 치앙마이에서 멀지 않습니다. 게다가, 맥도날드와 세븐일레븐은 도보로 편리하게 이동할 수 있는 불과 몇 백 미터 거리에 있습니다. 편의를 위해 택시 서비스를 이용할 수도 있습니다. 콘도의 공용 공간은 깨끗합니다. 수영장, 라운지, 사우나 등 다양한 편의시설이 있습니다. 이 프로젝트에 대한 모든 것이 저에게 깊은 인상을 주었고 경비원도 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 나는 곧 여기로 돌아올 수 있기를 바랍니다.

my mom bought a pool villa here as a vacation home for holidays when we come to chiang mai. this project is delightful, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. it's also quiet and private. our villa has a vast land plot. there is a swimming pool in front of the villa, and a small garden around. it is a 2-story villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. the design is stunning and modern. as for the decoration, the villa is fully furnished with quality furniture. it is close to chiang mai gymkhana club, where many sports are available, especially golf, which my mom and dad like to play.

아내와 저는 치앙마이에 정착하기를 원했기 때문에 우리가 머물기에 완벽한 집을 찾으려고 노력했습니다. 이 프로젝트를 방문했을 때 나는 생각했고 이것이 내가 원하는 것입니다. 나는 그것의 디자인과 그 주변을 좋아합니다. 그때는 아직 집이 완공되지 않아서 예약을 했었다. 영업사원은 4개월 이내에 완료될 것이라고 말했습니다. 이제 나는 이미 이 집으로 이사를 왔다. 이 곳은 제 사무실에서 불과 20분 거리에 있고 시내에서도 가깝습니다. 또한 프로젝트에 6채의 주택만 있어 붐비지 않아 프로젝트 내에 시설이 없습니다. 하지만 곳곳에 cctv가 설치되어 있습니다. 도로는 주민들이 반대 방향으로 쉽게 운전할 수 있도록 넓습니다. 내가 구입한 집에는 침실 4개, 욕실 5개가 있으며 모든 침실에는 내부에 욕실이 있습니다. 너무 프라이빗해서 너무 좋아요. 한 종류의 집만 있습니다. 새로운 곳으로 이사한 이후로 아내와 저는 주말에 더 자주 여행을 떠납니다. 우리는 보통 도시에서 쇼핑을 하고 맛있는 현지 음식을 찾아 먹습니다. 또한 위치가 완벽하기 때문에 어디든지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 관심있으신 분들은 얼마 남지 않은 유닛이니 서둘러 보시길 추천드립니다.

머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 가구가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 1베드룸 유닛은 다른 콘도에 비해 상당히 방대합니다. 방도 사람도 많지 않아서 프라이빗하고 조용하고 붐비지 않는 분위기가 수영장 이용시 장점입니다. 마트와 비스트로가 많은 cm part center와 멀지 않습니다. 유일한 단점은 프로젝트가 주요 도로에서 꽤 멀리 떨어진 깊은 골목에 있다는 것이므로 더 편리할 것이므로 자전거나 자동차를 렌트하는 것이 좋습니다.

i was staying in a one-bedroom condo here years ago. the room is spacious, beautifully designed with quality furniture. the common area is shady and full of green trees. there are also complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, and a tennis court. more importantly, this place comes with a 24h security system making me feel at ease during my stay. most importantly, the condo's location can quickly get to chiang mai city and close shopping areas, shops, restaurants, ping river, chiang mai christian school, warorot market, and chiang mai railway station. overall, this place is another good condo that i stayed in.
