3 bedroom single house not far from chiang mai city, surrounded by amenities. it is also well-designed in a modern style, satisfied with those who love modern style. it is absolutely worth the price as the house is large. there is also a staff that gives professional advice. the atmosphere is very suitable for relaxation. it is very worthwhile to buy it. i have reserved 1 house, and now the project is completed. just prepare yourself to move in.

조용하고 그늘진 분위기의 아름다운 마을. 우리 집은 넓은 거실 공간이 있는 2층짜리 단독 주택으로 반려동물을 키우기에 적합합니다. 집에는 전용 주차장이 있습니다. 프로젝트는 엄격한 보안 시스템으로 보호되어 안심할 수 있습니다. 이웃들은 친절합니다. 또한 ratchapruek 교차로와 가까운 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다.

i had a chance to have a look at the sanctum chiang mai. it is a single-detached house comprising 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering great privacy because there are only 6 units. the construction house is strong, durable, and private because there is a 9-meter high wall. the concrete walls are strong and restrain from earthquakes. in-house facilities feature various functions such as solar panels, which help power savings. there is also a rainwater catchment tank to help all year round, and there are no problems with the water at all. also, there is an interesting full range of facilities, consisting of a security system, cctv around the house with an eye-bird view, which we can see all situations happen both inside and outside. moreover, there is an underground nuclear room and a panic room designed for the future, offering safety and support for all situations and disasters in the future. in terms of traveling, we can use route 1269, but the alley to the project is a bit narrow and constructed of concrete; it's quite not convenient for traveling. even the road is narrow, and it is not dangerous because many residential houses surround it. i love this project, and i want to buy it someday because there are many interesting functions. i have to discuss it with my boyfriend and family first. anyone who loves this kind of house, i will recommend it here.

you won't believe that there will be a project in chiang mai highly focusing on the security system this much. i am very excited about the project, making me feel like it is a hollywood movie. the villas have 3 bedrooms and high privacy. the project only has 6 units with high-security systems, such as 9-meters tall fence, cctv, and safehouse. the villa construction is also built for earthquake resistance, so unique and interesting!

저는 이 마을에 살고 있는 치앙마이 친구들을 방문할 기회가 있었습니다. 왓 프라 탓 도이캄, 치앙마이 사파리 등 관광 명소 중심에 위치해 있어 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 프로젝트 인근에는 유명한 북부 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 월드클럽빌리지는 비교적 큰 마을이라 다양한 이웃이 존재합니다. 이 집은 또한 독특한 태국 스타일로 장식된 란나 터치가 혼합된 다양한 디자인으로 제공됩니다. 정말 멋진!

i must say the housing project here is worth paying because all designs are modern, whether it is an energy-saving system, environmentally friendly, cctv cameras, and alarm system. the house consists of a small garden and a small space for pets to run and play. i like proportional and artistic design, luxury and exotic. there is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and 1-2 car parking spaces.

the projects of the sansaran group can be called magnificent for every project. the villages are located in the same neighborhood as well. it is a quality chain that everyone would like to invest in and perfect for living. before i decided to buy here, i went through the details for a while, and i chose to buy grand tropicana because i love the size of 5 bedrooms with a private pool, suitable for large families. plus, it is also suitable for socializing at various parties. apart from that, what i like is the spacious common area with a great security system !!

my house is a 3-bedroom semi-detached unit, and the atmosphere is peaceful. the main reason that i decided to buy this house is the design. my house is well-divided into the perfect proportion and fully furnished with premium furniture. plus, it comes with premium materials from pu form, which is heat resistant and soundproof, so i don't have to worry about the noise from my neighbors. there is also an after-sales service allowing the residents to sell and rent houses with the project. the location is excellent near shopping centers, shops, restaurants, and an airport, making my life comfortable. there are many amenities for the residents within the project, including a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, etc. overall, i am very satisfied with my house.

a two-story 3-bedroom detached house has a large area in a modern design. there are full facilities for all residents, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, car park, and high security. located in a convenient location in the hang dong area, the neighborhood is full of many restaurants and close to the night safari, only 7 minutes by car.
