저는 두바이 마리나에 있는 sparkle towers 2가 두바이에서 제가 가장 좋아하는 거주지가 될 것이라는 점을 인정해야 합니다. 나는 이 도시의 많은 아파트에서 살았습니다. 그러나 나는 해변가 지역에 전혀 거주하지 않았습니다. 잘 알려진 곳에 사는 건 이번이 처음이에요. 이곳에는 흥미로운 것들이 많이 있습니다. ibn 바투타(battuta)도 매우 가깝습니다. 나는 주말에 친구들과 그곳에서 쇼핑하는 것을 좋아합니다. 이것은 결국 두바이의 편리한 위치 중 하나입니다. 여기 분위기가 너무 마음에 들었어요.

a great place for many.

laguna tower consists of residential and hotel units. it can be busy during holidays, but other than that, this is one of the best you can live in. it’s location is one of the many great things about the building. there are many things to do in the area as its very popular among locals and tourists. 2 bedroom unit is very spacious, bright, clean, and modern. it will fit with most of people’s style. its also suited for both families and couples.

Bay Central West
modern building with the beautiful view

bay central west is big apartments with good service in a nice location that is not far from the sea. i used to live there, and the balcony offers a fantastic view. even though it was in the heart of jbr, the room was peaceful and fuctional. the building is surrounded by several small stores and cafés, making it quite handy. there are several great eateries in the immediate vicinity of the building. the building was also safe and reception staff were helpful.

outstanding location near the mall and jbr

i lived in bay central east for 2 years. the tower security personnel were lively and kind. the security measures are excellent. the lobby is smaller than imagined, but the tower's location is outstanding. easy access to dubai beach and walk, which are popular dining and strolling destinations with trendy shops and stunning views of the water. the view of the marina and neighborhood from the balcony was stunning enough. this place is very convenient as well as comfortable because you can walk 5-10 minutes to jbr and enjoy the walk.
