hayat boulevard is a trendy, modern, yet stylish aparttment in dubai. in residential dubai is perfect to live in a calm and tranquil amabiance. traveling to business hubs such as downtown dubai is a breeze with the metro. but i prefer to have a home in a slower-pace region in dubai. the amenities are amazing with nice parks, swimming pool, and a commerical strip in town square dubai. the 2-bedroom apartment is modern, with trendy color, such as inviting yellow color, and blue. a nice living room area, with a very spaicous balcony. really like the apartment in town square dubai.

i decided to invest in zahra breeze and it’s really worth it. this town square apartment provides me a comfortable environment and special facility inside. inside the project is full of convenience and i have an impression of their fitness facility which is full of many types of sport fields. additionally, the main reason that i decide to invest here is because there’s a pet-friendly apartment and has a spacious space for my pets.

town square dubai is a very nice and comfortable area to live in dubai. staying in dubai for 3 years now and town square dubai is like staying in europe. the lifestyle is buzzing but with a sense of tranquil ambaince. the city is a short 15 minutes drive. the apartments are modern, and very spacious. big balconies, and nice garden and parks area. i go for skating boarding and tomorrow i go for some wake board. amazing!

i live in 2 beautiful bedrooms that i can see the beautiful sky in the morning and night. the apartment gives me with a big balcony, fully equipped kitchen and spacious room. i can design it by my own style. the swimming pool is also great with an open area at the podium floor. at the evening, it will have food trucks and many people come around the community. you will taste delicious foods and have a new social environment around here!

i am really impressed with the outstanding community of rawda apartments. the property provides a modern feeling together with a serene atmosphere. the excellent location, near the important roads like al qudra road and emirates road. i can easily get around dubai. there are a variety of facilities that i can enjoy and relax amidst the fresh nature. moreover, the room space is plenty wide, i’m very happy with this. a very good place to live, thanks.

두바이에서 취업 기회가 있고 한동안 이곳에서 살기 때문에 이곳의 부동산 시장은 내가 태어난 곳보다 더 합리적이라고 생각합니다. una 아파트는 가격이 매우 합리적인 반면 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 이 위치에서 자동차와 대중 교통을 모두 이용하여 직장에 갈 수 있습니다. 책을 읽고 작업을 마무리할 수 있는 세련된 공용 공간이 있습니다. 방이 협소해서 싱글족에게 추천하고 싶어요. 감사해요.

first of all, the living experience at the jenna apartments is very unique. this place is near the emirates road which is one of the main highways in dubai. i can travel all over the city within a short moment. in the common area, it has the green spaces for me to relax after the working hours. i literally enjoy walking around the community. people here are friendly which is really nice. as far as i’m concerned, this is the perfect place to live as a family due to its friendly community.

the apartment has a big green park close to the apartment which is full of sports activities. it has a skateboard field, walking and jogging trails, and a cycling track. the room has a spacious and modern interior design that can take a fresh atmosphere from the room. the airport near the apartment is around 20 minutes so you don't have to be in a hurry to get there due to it being near the road for easy access.

great place for raising children

i think that sama townhouses are the private and secured community. my family wanted to find the larger home in order to give more spaces to the children. as it is a gated community, it feels totally safe for me. the place is very easy to find. after taking exit from the main road, it takes just a minute to the town square. additionally, there are also the common gardens which is beautiful. i love to take my kids down there to play. would recommend this place for mid-size family above because the home is quite roomy.

the warda residence has the benefit of locating at the well-connected neighborhood. i personally like the common area where i can have fun with its swimming pool and beautiful park. the jogging trails are perfect to run around. me and my close friends love to sit and chat at the nearby cafes. the room is quite large and has the additional spaces. the views from the balcony are the community views. my favorite thing about this residence is that it is near the dubai mall with only 15 – 20 minutes away.
