the apartment was located near the al maktoum international airport but it is still calm with the design and greenery around the villa project. the project provides both apartments and villas so that everyone can choose the type that suits themselves. also, it is located near the big road, sheikh mohammed bin zayed road, that is easily connected to dubai. you can take any kind of your pets to this project due to it has a big space for all the pets and owners.

the villa is located in a beautiful golf course and surrounded with many leisure entertainments. the building was designed in a contemporary style with grey tone. there is a big space for family activities and a big greenery space area and many beautiful trees. my kid also loves it because it has a big play area space.

the location of expo golf villas phase ill is so peaceful and close to the emirates road. it has geant express, emaar south, the supermarket, near the house. the car parking is so comfortable which it is in front of the house. there are many kid play areas that my kids will love all of it. it is suitable for the vacation and relaxing place.

i can’t imagine living in another location than the pulse. there are many things to do here, and everything that i need are within walking distance from my apartment. i can see why many people, especially families would come and live here than other places. you can choose whatever fit your needs, both room size and the type of property.

after each successful phases, expo golf villas phase 4 will be the great community within the golf club atmosphere. my husband usually plays golf and i like to take photo of him playing. living near a golf course may be the wonderful chance for us to practice and get better. the floor plans seem to be interesting since the villa offers up to 4 bedrooms. our children can each have their rooms for the private space. my sons are going to be happy by the natural decoration. this is a very nice area for a family to perform outdoor activities as well.

uae 두바이로 이사할 수 있는 놀라운 기회가 생겼습니다. 남편과 나는 매우 흥분됩니다. 우리는 도시에서 가족의 집을 찾으려고 합니다. 우리는 parkside villas가 al maktoum 공항 바로 옆에 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 건물은 실제로 완성되지 않았지만 위치가 마음에 듭니다. 도심에서 그리 멀지 않은데 프라이빗한 커뮤니티가 있는 것 같다. 우리는 위치가 매우 좋다는 것을 좋아합니다. 나는 공항 바로 옆으로 차를 몰고 갔고 이 지역 사회에 사는 것이 훌륭할 것이라는 것을 깨달았습니다.
