이 새로운 프로젝트는 rama 9 지역에 건설되고 있습니다. phra ram 9 mrt 및 central rama 9에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 근처에 다른 많은 편의 시설도 있습니다. 이 지역은 매력적인 투자 장소입니다. 여행이 편리하고 도시 생활이 그 어느 때보다 쉬워졌습니다. 정원, 수영장, 라운지, 스파, 피트니스 센터 등 많은 프로젝트 시설이 있습니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 것은 골프 시뮬레이터입니다. 콘도미니엄에는 다양한 유형의 객실이 있습니다. 시작 가격은 비싸지 않습니다. 장식과 가구는 아름답고 훌륭합니다. 생활과 투자를 위해 침실 2개를 예약할 때 망설임이 없었습니다. 이 프로젝트는 앞으로 몇 년 안에 완료될 것입니다. 여기서 살게되어 기쁩니다 !!!

프로젝트 마스터플랜은 뛰어난 시설과 유지관리로 순수 주거 목적에 맞게 설계되었습니다. mrt 역, 국제 학교, 쇼핑가가 숙소에서 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 소유주를 위한 지붕이 있는 고정 주차장을 포함하여 주차 시설이 좋습니다. 태국 문화 센터와 한국 대사관이 아주 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 수완나품 공항으로 연결되는 rama9 고속도로 지점까지 차로 단 5분 거리입니다. 태국인과 국외 거주자가 잘 섞여 있습니다. 전반적으로 확장된 cbd 지역의 중심부에 있는 최고 중 하나입니다.

there are only 4 townhomes in this project because privacy is the main focus. the project has designed the house to have 4 bedrooms in a spacious usable area of up to 253 square meters and can adjust to any function as you like. however, there is no clubhouse or common area, but there is still security from both security guards and cctv throughout the project. in terms of location, this neighborhood has many housing projects. you won’t be lonely. also, it is surrounded by many facilities, such as centralplaza lat phrao which is not far away. when it comes to transport, it is convenient because you can access both ratchadaphisek road and suthisarn winitchai road, or you can choose to use the underground train service at ratchadaphisek mrt station.

며칠 전에 이 프로젝트를 방문했습니다. 고급스러운 프로젝트입니다. 와이프 결혼선물로 하나 사주고 싶네요. 나는 2 베드룸 듀플렉스 유닛을 정말 좋아합니다. 이 프로젝트에는 모든 시설이 있으며 외출할 필요가 거의 없습니다. 저를 감동시키는 또 다른 것은 siamese technology 시스템입니다. 이전에 이렇게 많은 프로젝트를 제공하는 것을 본 적이 없습니다. 또한 쇼핑몰, 병원, 학교 및 상점과 같은 많은 편리한 장소와 가깝습니다. 아내가 이곳을 좋아할 것 같아요.

about 2 weeks ago, i drove my friend home and came across this project. it was eye-catching for the first time because the project was beautiful and outstanding. after that, i went to the project again to look inside the room. honestly, the room was much prettier than i expected. both the decoration and design are extremely luxurious. the space in the room is spacious and well proportioned. there is an outdoor playground, a green area around the project and 24-hour security guards. most importantly, there is also a hospital not far from the condo. if you are sick, you can easily go to see a doctor. besides, traveling around is convenient whether by road transport, bus, or mass rapid transit. this project meets all of my needs.

it is a new project located between sutthisan mrt and huai khwang mrt. it is more convenient for people who own a private car because there are numerous routes that can take you to various destinations. it is close to a variety of amenities, including 7-eleven, restaurants, and street foods. i personally love the 2-bedroom functions since it is private and expansive, as well as meets those who love cooking because the kitchen zone is separated, ensuring you won’t be annoyed with the smells. the balcony is spacious where i can plant the trees. besides, it meets my needs for wfh. the monthly installment is not more than 20k, which meets my requirements at a reasonable price.

it's such a luxury detached housing project that is hardly found in the thonglor business area. the house has been styled in a high-rise condominium with 6 stories. also, the design is unique, different from general detached houses, which are usually built between only 1-3 floors. it's suitable for large families as there are 5 bedrooms. the master bedroom is on the 3 floors, and the other 4 bedrooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. inside the house has both thai and european kitchens. the interior is decorated with luxury furniture for a reasonable price and comes with a private elevator. also, the whole project comprises only 4 units. however, for those who are interested, please be hurried to book it before it's all sold as this area is known as a prosperous location which is surrounded by many amenities such as j avenue thonglor, central rama 9, srinakharinwirot university, bangkok hospital, etc.

이 콘도는 너무 바쁘지도 너무 조용하지도 않은 분위기가 좋습니다. huai khwang mrt가 불과 300m 거리에 있어 음식을 찾고 어디든지 여행하기 쉽습니다. huai khwang 야시장과 the street ratchada 쇼핑 센터가 근처에 있기 때문에 이곳에 사는 것이 지루함을 느낀 적이 없습니다. 게다가 제 콘도는 침실 1개로 1~2명이 사용하기에 충분한 크기입니다. 자재와 가구의 질이 좋고 베란다도 넓습니다. 프로젝트를 위해 시설이 완비되어 있지만 너무 바빠서 사용할 수 없습니다. 방탄소년단과 가까운 콘도를 찾으시는 분들께 이 프로젝트를 추천합니다.

2020년에 신규 프로젝트가 완료되었습니다. 넓은 녹지 공간은 주민들에게 휴식과 그늘을 제공합니다. 최대 4라이까지 차지하는데, 방콕에서는 보기가 매우 드뭅니다. 프로젝트의 많은 상점 유닛은 주민들에게 생활의 편안함을 가져다 줄 것입니다. 객실 유형은 스튜디오부터 침실 3개까지 다양합니다. 장식에 사용되는 가구는 품질이 좋습니다. 더 중요한 것은 이 프로젝트가 mrta 지하철역 근처에 불과 350미터 떨어져 있고 내년에 개통될 예정이라는 점입니다.

곧 이주할 예정이기 때문에 huai khwang에서 콘도를 찾고 있었습니다. 내 친구는 이 프로젝트가 아직 공사 중이고 내년에 완공될 예정이라고 추천했습니다. 내 이전 콘도 임대도 내년에 만료되기 때문에 이상적인 시기입니다. 나는 이미 콘도를 보았고 그것이 환상적이라고 생각합니다. 공용 공간에 모든 편의 시설이 있으며 객실 크기도 적당합니다. 더 이상 기다릴 수 없어서 이 1베드룸 숙소를 예약했습니다. 또한 이 콘도의 위치는 rama 9 mrt에서 불과 400m 떨어져 있어 매우 좋습니다. 콘도가 최고의 위치에 있기 때문에 매우 가치가 있으므로 향후 가격이 확실히 상승할 것입니다.
