프로젝트가 진행 중입니다. 그런데 지금은 육안으로 평가하면 60% 이상 완성도가 높아서 샘플실을 보러 갔습니다. 나는 이곳과 사랑에 빠졌다. 방은 아름답고 현대적입니다. 방의 기능이 완료되었습니다. 공용 공간은 저처럼 집에 머무르는 것을 좋아하는 사람들의 요구에 부응하는 전체 범위입니다. 흥미롭게도 개발자들이 적용한 다양한 기술입니다. 아주 멋지다. 위치적으로는 최고입니다. sri lasalle mrt 바로 옆에 있어 시내 이동도 편리하고 시간도 많이 절약됩니다.

750 meters walk to bts bearing. in front of the condo there are 7-11. the condo near imperial samrong, inside there is a big c and movie theater, an ice skating court(real ice playground). which can fit all your daily needs in there. 500 meters walk to the opposite of condo is st andrews international school. and bangna golf course is 2 kilometers away, not far as well.

i am interested in this place because of the price. the project is near pu chao bts station and big c. beautiful condo with full facilities, very nice swimming pool. the 2-bedroom unit is compact. the interior is divided into sections, looks modern, and the kitchen is separated with a sliding door and has small windows. get bright from natural light and can open for ventilation. very convenient for anyone who has or has no private cars because it is on sukhumvit road, which you can drive out easily or call a taxi, take a motorbike taxi, take a bus, including bts. great location.

the condo here is suitable for people working or living in this area. the location is quiet. there is big c nearby. the project is located in the local community, making dining out easy. just a few steps, you can get to from pu chao bts. there are a motorcycle and a taxi service available all day. unfortunately, it is a bit far from the city. the room i live in is 1-bedroom, the interior is spacious with a complete set of furniture, materials are okay. the living area is proportioned. there are many facilities in the common area, such as a games room, a swimming pool, garden, relaxation area, fitness center, and more. i like the view at the pool at night. the city view is quiet and peaceful. the neighbors are nice too, but it's not recommend for tourists because it takes almost 1 hour to go the siam.

조용한 분위기에서 머물고 싶어서 이 곳을 샀어요. 이 콘도는 도시의 혼잡한 지역에서 멀리 떨어져 있지만 여전히 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 여기에서 bts 역까지 도보로 3분 미만이 소요되며 매우 가깝고 가격도 저렴합니다. 공용시설도 깨끗하고 아래층에 세븐일레븐도 있어요. 옥상에서는 차오프라야 강 곡선의 멋진 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 객실은 2명이 사용하기에 적당한 크기입니다. 공간이 더 필요하다면 조금 더 큰 객실을 구입하는 것이 좋습니다. 그러나 전반적으로 그만한 가치가 있습니다.

바쁜 도심에서 벗어나고 싶은 분들에게 이곳은 프로젝트가 도시에서 꽤 멀기 때문에 매우 적합합니다. 붐비지는 않지만, 최근 개통한 창에라완 bts와 가까워서 여행 걱정은 없어요. 도보로 2분 정도 소요됩니다. 유닛 수가 천 유닛이 넘는 꽤 많은 편이어서 프라이빗함이 덜합니다. 방이 꽤 좁습니다. 예를 들어 제가 사는 방은 23㎡ 정도의 원룸인데 혼자 있기 편해요. 그러나 방의 균형이 잘 잡혀 있습니다. 세탁실도 있습니다. 거주자에게는 세탁기가 충분하지만 건조기는 하나뿐입니다. 여름에는 괜찮은데 장마철에는 건조기가 부족할까봐 걱정이 됩니다. 주변 지역에는 레스토랑이나 시장이 없지만 프로젝트 주변에 상점과 레스토랑이 있다는 점은 여전히 좋으며 매우 편리합니다.

bts 역과 가깝고 도시의 번잡함에서 멀리 떨어져 있어 분위기가 좋은 콘도이지만 그래도 bts를 타고 여행하기에는 매우 편리합니다. 살기에 완벽한 곳! 좋은 날씨. 높은 층에 있는 숙소에서는 특히 밤에 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 정말 놀랍습니다. 사용된 재료는 품질이 좋습니다. 벽이 꽤 두꺼워요. 외부 소음은 전혀 들리지 않았습니다. 1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 아늑해요. 이곳에는 외국인들도 많이 머물고 있습니다.

저렴한 가격에 괜찮은 콘도 입니다. 주거용으로도 투자용으로도 적합한 곳입니다. 개인적으로 혼자살려고 구매했습니다. 내 방은 원베드룸이다. 크기는 적당하고 가격 대비 품질이 좋은 가구가 가득합니다. 내 방은 30층에 있으며, 방에서 바라보는 차오프라야 강 굽이가 내려다보이는 특별한 곳입니다. 프로젝트 내 유닛이 천 개가 넘으므로 승객용 엘리베이터나 주차장이 주민들에게 충분하지 않은 경우도 있습니다. 위치는 bts 창에라완역에서 멀지 않아 어디든 이동하기 편합니다.

i bought a studio unit of this project. the room is not very spacious, but it's not too small that it makes me feel uncomfortable. it comes with full furniture which i think it's cost-effective. the swimming pool in the project looks wide and is always kept clean. for me, this place is in an excellent location as it is in the community area with restaurants and many convenience stores. moreover, the project is in a suburban area, you can worry less about pollution. yet, it's not difficult to travel to the city because it is next to pu chao bts station, where i can reach the bts station in the minute i step out of the project.
