i graduated from bangkok and returned to my home in hua hin for 3 years to work. i want to buy a house to build stability for myself. i've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. the house design is simple and modest. then, i have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. however, i can inspect the construction process anytime. the road in the project is also extensive. driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. the staff and the security guards are so friendly. i wish i could meet nice neighbors. although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. i feel impressed!

project location into the alley quite deep but the project has been taken care of. the central part has a security guard and a communal swimming pool. the house has both a one-story and two-story style.

beautiful condo, building divided on two sides (north and south) there is a long pool in the middle, flanking the two buildings to the sheraton hotel area. you can use the fitness and facilities from the hotel. there is a 24-hour security system, opposite the fn outlet. there are restaurants not far from the official or you can eat from the hotel. next to petchkasem road comfortable travel

i bought a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private swimming pool. at that time, i bought a resale house for a good price too, which is a rare price for a house with full functionality. it is convenient to go everywhere and not far from bangkok. i have to travel to bangkok for my work very often. also, it is close to hua hin airport, so i decided to buy a house here. my kids and my wife love it here because it is close to shopping malls and convenience stores, where they can go when getting bored. in general, i think it is excellent and perfect for the family because it is close to schools and hospitals. apart from that, the project facilities are amazing, and the guards are lovely and responsible, never fall asleep during their work. i always bring them snacks. i think the house here is suitable for a vacation home because it is quiet and non-crowded. importantly, the price is also reasonable.

분위기는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 콘도는 차암 해변과 후아힌 공항에 접근할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 주요 도로에서 멀지 않아 여행이 편리합니다. 마을은 조용하고 안전합니다. 이웃들은 친절합니다. 그들 대부분은 집을 구입하고 때때로 휴가를 위해 왔습니다. 경비원이 일을 아주 잘 해줬어요. 또 좋은 점은 푸켓, 파타야 등 다른 해변 지역에 비해 매매가격이 전혀 비싸지 않아서 가족 별장으로 침실 3개, 욕실 2개 빌라를 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 빌라는 잘 디자인되어 있고, 낭만적이고, 매력적이며, 균형이 잘 잡혀 있고, 통풍이 잘 됩니다. 올 때마다 에너지가 충전되는 느낌이 들며, 휴가를 위해 집을 찾는 분들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

i came on vacation with my friends for 5-6 people. we chose to stay here because the atmosphere is quiet. it is very suitable for leisure, and the price is reasonable. so, we chose a house with 3 bedrooms, the area was spacious and easy to get around. i secretly thought that the room must be old and unattractive, but when we got there, it was surprising. the room was very beautiful, clean, private, and safe. also, it is close to the city, and the atmosphere around the project is shady. therefore, for anyone who wants to take a quality vacation, you won't be disappointed, and you can recharge your batteries.

긴 연휴 동안 친구가 추천해줘서 이곳에서 휴가를 보낼 기회가 생겼습니다. 분위기와 머무는 사람들이 너무 붐비지 않습니다. 위치는 해변 바로 옆에 있으며 조용하고 나무와 모래 해변으로 그늘이 있습니다. 가장 마음에 드는 것은 넓고 넓은 수영장입니다. 수영을 원하는 만큼 편안하게 선택할 수 있습니다. 우리는 해변 앞의 수영장이 아름답고 바다 전망이 아름답게 내려다 보이는 것을 좋아합니다. 보안 시스템도 우수하다. 이곳은 건물이 수년 동안 지어진 만큼 상태가 양호하기 때문에 유지 관리가 완벽하다고 여겨집니다. 그 외에도 직원들은 따뜻하게 환영해 주었고 친절했습니다. 또한, 시설도 완비되어 있으며, 대형 수영장과 적은 장비를 갖춘 공동 체육관이 있습니다. 이 장소의 단점은 이중 차량 주차에 필요한 주차 공간이 부족하다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 분위기와 편안한 휴가에 비하면 괜찮습니다.

i am interested in buying a room condo because i work at hua hin airport and not far from here. the transportation is also convenient, just a few minutes drive to hua hin airport. also, this neighborhood is good, near the supermarket and makro hua hin. more importantly, no traffic jams. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom, with approximately 72 square meters, which is spacious. i stay alone, and sometimes my parents visit me. i like this place because it is right next to the beach, where i can go for a walk at cha am beach anytime. i think the selling price is not that expensive either. oh !! i bought a second-hand room from a famous real estate website. it is fully furnished—no need for any additional decorations, overlooking the beautiful sea view and mountain view. there is also a balcony, but not very wide. the disadvantage here is that the balcony is not the same size, some rooms feature spacious balconies and some feature narrow. i cannot place a large table to sit and watch the view. but it's not an important issue for me. here, there are daily and monthly rental services for tourists as well. therefore, during the festivals and long holidays, it will be a little crowded and lively. for those who love the sea ambiance, not far from the beach, i recommend staying here.

i made the right decision to choose here as a vacation rental condo. the room i bought is a one-bedroom room, and it looks very spacious with a good allocation of space. all equipment is provided. it's considered very convenient because it has both in the part of the resort and the residential area offers all resort-style facilities. besides, the management system is perfect. there is always staff available to assist us. in terms of location, it is very excellent as it is located a little away from cha-am beach. the atmosphere is tranquil and suitable for relaxation. those who like to take photos should not miss it as there is venezia hua hin and a chic floating market in the neighborhood. i can assure that you are absolutely satisfied.
last but not least, i would like to say that this place is not far from bangkok. it takes only a few hours to travel, so it is very suitable for anyone looking for a quality vacation condo. travel is not difficult.

우선 이 콘도는 몇 년 전에 완공된 지 얼마 안 되었다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 1차 오픈 때부터 예약해놓고 100만 바트 가격에 매물로 나왔는데 1베드룸 사이즈가 저한테는 작을 수도 있지만 디자인과 데코레이션이 마음에 들어서 렌탈로 구매하려고 합니다. 위치는 차암해수욕장과 가까워 이동이 편리하고 도로가 가깝고 병원, 식당, 편의점 등 중요 장소가 많습니다. 이 지역은 또한 객실로 음식 배달 서비스를 제공합니다. 수영장과 시설이 완비된 체육관을 포함하여 프로젝트 시설은 완전한 것으로 간주됩니다. 하지만 내 방은 18층에 있어 바다와 도시의 완벽한 전망을 제공합니다. 지금까지 본 적 없는 멋진 것! 해가 질 무렵에도 멋진 풍경을 선사합니다. 살거나 임대할 소형 방을 구입하려는 사람에게 추천합니다. 이 가격에 적합합니다.
