열대 스타일의 아름다운 정원으로 둘러싸인 독특한 디자인의 고급 빌라입니다. 분위기는 조용하고 사랑스럽습니다. 이 프로젝트는 안정적인 보안 시스템과 높은 개인 정보 보호 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. 이 프로젝트에는 대형 전용 수영장을 갖춘 몇 개의 유닛만 있습니다. 당구대, 자쿠지, 바 등 집에서 할 수 있는 활동이 많아 모든 연령대의 가족 휴가에 적합합니다. 무엇보다 세계 최고의 수입자재를 사용해 고급스럽고 모던한 스타일로 꾸며져 있습니다. 우리가 가장 좋아하는 공간인 넓은 거실은 집의 모든 구성원을 수용할 수 있습니다. 이곳의 위치는 파타야에서 가장 좋은 곳 중 하나입니다. 시내에서는 조금 멀지만 운전해서 갈 수 있어요. 골프 드라이버에게도 매우 편리합니다. 인근에는 4개의 유명한 골프 코스가 있으며, 파타야 리젠트 국제 학교까지는 차로 단 10분 거리에 있습니다.

the villa is very comfortable to live in and suitable for family vacations because there are full facilities, such as the private swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the garden, the parking lot, the 24-hour security guards, etc. plus, the area around the house is very vast enough for family activities. this villa has 3 bedrooms and a living area of 490 square meters. the surrounding atmosphere is very livable. it is considered worthy for speculative investment. anyway, you have to be a little careful when traveling to the project because the road is quite narrow but definitely not less traveled because it is close to the community and is convenient to travel to tourist attractions in pattaya. i'm absolutely not disappointed buying the villa here.

넓고 대가족에게 적합한 저희 집은 침실 4개, 전용 수영장, 주차 공간 2개로 구성된 2층 집입니다. 이런 심플한 디자인이 마음에 듭니다. 그리고 집 앞에 파티를 할 수 있는 공간도 있어서 정말 좋은 별장인 것 같아요. 이곳의 보안 시스템도 매우 훌륭합니다. 하지만 단점은 교외에 있기 때문에 위치가 될 것입니다. 여행도 쇼핑몰과 멀어서 불편합니다. 마을 일대에는 희귀한 나무가 있어 그늘이 없다. 전반적으로 지불 한 가격의 가치가 있습니다.

이 프로젝트는 저수지 근처에 있으며 커뮤니티에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 차분한 분위기가 좋아요. 어쨌든 도시 여행은 시간이 오래 걸릴 수 있습니다. 이 주변에는 편의점이 많지 않습니다. 5~10분 정도 차를 타고 이동해야 합니다. 프로젝트를 보러 갔을 때 아직 완성되지 않았고 그늘도 많지 않았습니다. 나무가 더 많아야 합니다. 실내장식은 고급스러우면서도 포근하고 편안한 향으로 디자인이 우수하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 집 외부에는 넓은 잔디밭과 수영장, 2대의 주차 공간이 있습니다. 나는 여기 빌라를 선택하는 데 실망하지 않을 것입니다. 긴장을 풀고 혼돈을 피하는 데 적합하다고 생각합니다.

임대를 위해 여기에서 개인 수영장이 있는 침실 4개짜리 빌라를 구입했습니다. 침실 4개 모두에 아름다운 가구로 빌라를 꾸밀 수 있었습니다. 내 빌라는 클라이언트로부터 예상보다 더 나은 피드백을 받았습니다. 이곳에 머물고 싶어하는 고객들이 상당히 많은데, 특히 제 빌라를 최대 1주일까지 임대하는 대규모 고객들이 많습니다. 그것은 나에게 좋은 수익을 가져다줍니다.

저는 이 콘도를 매달 빌렸습니다. 다 괜찮아. 집은 넓고 멋진 장식으로 방 전체를 편안하게 만듭니다. 집 밖에는 정원과 저녁에 식힐 수 있는 파빌리온이 있습니다. 가구와 가전 제품도있어 매우 편리합니다. 여하튼 이사 온 이후로 전기가 두 번이나 자동으로 끊어지는 작은 문제를 발견했습니다. 위치면에서 파타야 중심가가 아니라 사람들이 덜 붐비기 때문에 저에게는 매우 괜찮습니다. 시내까지 이동하는 데 20분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 저에게는 그리 멀지 않습니다. 파타야에 다시 올 기회가 있다면 이 집을 소유하고 싶습니다.

아내와 저는 수년 동안 방콕에서 일했습니다. 얼마 후 우리는 파타야에 별장으로 집을 갖고 싶어서 여기에서 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 집은 약 10-12개월 동안 건설 중이었습니다. 우리는 방콕에서 차로 몇 시간 거리에 있기 때문에 거의 매주 공사 현장을 방문했습니다. 게다가 이 프로젝트를 좋아하는 또 다른 이유는 주변 환경이 훌륭하기 때문입니다. 녹색 정원으로 둘러싸인 큰 호수가 있습니다. 공용 공간도 넓습니다. 도로가 넓고 안전하기 때문에 우리 아이들은 자전거 타기를 좋아하고, 수영장이 너무 커서 아내가 아이들을 이곳에서 수영할 때도 있습니다. 위치는 쇼핑몰과 가까워서 꽤 편리합니다. 그야말로 휴식의 천국이라고 할 수 있습니다.

my husband and i traveled to pattaya and looked for a vacation home after many years of hard work. we went to this villa and liked it because of the relatively peaceful and private location, near lake mabprachan, exercise park, and close to the siam country club golf course. we could easily exercise and travel. it is also not far from markets and shopping centers that we could go shopping within a few minutes. so we were able to cook ourselves comfortably. the inside of the villa project is quite tidy with strict security systems. my husband and i have rented a luxurious villa of a spacious 3-bedroom unit with quality furniture. we could swim in the very large swimming pool in the evening, or sipping wine while enjoying the garden. it was a house that made the two of us happy as a second home. suitable for living in retirement age in this city of pattaya.

my husband and i have bought a house with the vineyard phase 1 for many years, and i want to say that i have never encountered any problems with the house. i think that it is a well-designed structure and decoration materials are of high quality and good. inside the house, there is complete furniture and decoration stuff. all furniture items are unique, good, modern, and elegant. the facilities are good such as the swimming pool and fitness. the vineyard phase 1is convenient in terms of travel as well, and can go anywhere with flexibility. it is close to the motorway. i feel like this place is worth the investment, whether for rent or living by yourself.

my family and i stayed in pattaya, so i bought a large 5-bedroom house with a resale unit. there is a green lawn where i can have fun with my dog. the project was completed many years ago but has been well maintained, so the house still looks new and the furniture is complete. the house's style is quaint; it's like a dream house. my kids love it. the location is excellent near the golf course, which is an idea for my husband who likes to play golf on holidays. for my kids and me, i often spend my holidays swimming. plus, it is also close to my children's school and my husband's workplace. although it is pretty expensive considering houses in other areas of pattaya, i think it's still worthwhile as every family member is happy with the house.
