가족들과 치앙마이로 이사를 해서 여기에서 살 집을 찾았습니다. 그러던 중 이 재판매 3베드룸 하우스를 발견했습니다. 훌륭하고 내구성이 좋아 보입니다. 또한 생활 공간은 완벽한 비율로 나뉩니다. 무엇보다 쇼핑몰, 학교, 치앙마이 700년 경기장과 가까워 위치가 완벽해서 제 라이프스타일에 딱 맞습니다. 안타깝게도 정원, cctv, 24시간 경비 외에는 프로젝트 내 시설이 거의 없습니다. 집을 사야할지 말아야할지 아직도 결정을 못하겠어요. 하지만 아내는 운동이나 수영장에서 수영하는 것을 좋아하지 않아 좋아하는 것 같습니다.

at the beginning of the year, i bought a house with a 3-bedroom. i love the home design and simple decor of a compact minimalist style home. it has a private pool and is surrounded by airy wooden panels. within the project, there are complete facilities, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. it is a good location near mueang chiang mai, convenient to travel and to shop at famous department stores in the city in just a few minutes. as for my holidays, i rarely go out, and i often spend time relaxing by the pool. also, the weather is not hot. it makes me feel very relaxed. the purchase price at that time was about 6 million baht. it's a second-hand house, and the owner is kind, but it is partly furnished. i would like to recommend a cute small style house at a friendly price. please come and visit this project!

일주일간 치앙마이에서 가족과 함께 휴가를 보내기 위해 이곳에 5베드룸 빌라를 예약하기로 결정했습니다. 고급스럽고 따뜻한 목재 가구로 아름다운 정원을 꾸민 훌륭한 빌라입니다. 또한 우리 가족을 위한 넓고 충분한 생활 공간도 제공됩니다. 가장 중요한 것은 산의 전망을 감상할 수 있는 전용 수영장이 있다는 것입니다. 빌라 주변의 전반적인 분위기는 자연스럽고 녹색 식물이 가득합니다. 무성한 녹색 자연에 둘러싸인 빌라일 뿐만 아니라 상점, 레스토랑, 테스코 로터스 백화점 등 수많은 편의시설이 단 몇 분 거리에 있어 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 나는 이곳에 머무는 것에 깊은 인상을 받았고 직원들이 잘 보살펴준 것에 감사하고 싶습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 여기에 묵을 예정입니다.

my house is a two-story, three-bedroom house in a modern contemporary style, and the interior is spacious and divided into clear proportions. the common area also has a swimming pool and gym to serve the children as well. in addition, there is a 24-hour security system that makes you feel safe throughout your stay. importantly, this project is conveniently located and easily accessible to various shops, restaurants, and shopping centers such as central chiang mai, making my life full of convenience.

나는 이 프로젝트에 머물렀던 친구들을 방문했다. 그의 타운홈은 2층짜리 3베드룸 유닛으로 사용 가능한 공간이 넓어 가족 친화적인 주택입니다. 프로젝트 분위기는 차분하고 사적입니다. 보안이 있습니다. 아쉽게도 다른 프로젝트처럼 수영장은 없습니다. 이 프로젝트는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 프로메나다 치앙마이(promenada chiang mai)에서 단 5분 거리에 있습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 치앙마이 국제공항까지 단 15분 밖에 걸리지 않는다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 이동이 편리합니다.

i visited many projects, but i really like this one. the atmosphere is quiet and shady from surrounding trees. it is convenient transportation near the road around chiang mai. so, i decided to rent a villa with 3 bedrooms. i love it a lot as all the furniture and decoration is in a modern thai style. there is a small swimming pool in front of the villa too. the rental price is reasonable. the project also has several facilities such as the clubhouse, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a gym.

i have the opportunity to visit the model house. the atmosphere here is shady and has a huge area. i'm okay with the surroundings. nice house, modern design with three bedrooms and privately gated. the house has some furniture, which looks strong and durable. the clubhouse is large. there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and children's play areas as well. personally, the location is very convenient. i can travel to the city in 5 minutes. next to the project, there are many shops. if you want to go to chiang mai international airport, it only takes about 15 minutes.

i have been renting this house for several months and haven't encountered any problems. the project is in an excellent location. the house has a beautiful interior design. it's a livable house with quality home important functions, whether kitchen appliances, bathrooms or furniture, all are good! the common area has many excellent facilities, such as a good security system, cctv, a modern pool, gym, and garden. in addition, it's not far from the city and just a few minutes away from the shopping mall. so it's pretty comfortable.
